The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. For exclusive use are available: Lawn for sunbathing, garden furniture, barbecue facilities and campfire site. Outdoor pool (2.3 m x 4.2 m, 1 m deep)

Ground floor: living room with dining area (seats 6) and TV. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen with gas cooker, oven, refrigerator (icebox), microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with bath with shower facility, shower and 1 washbasin. Separate WC. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate WC. Location: Balatonmáriafürdö (Balatonkeresztur). The holiday house is in a semi-detached house and in a quiet and sunny location. The access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking space on the property (for 4 cars). Shop 250 m, restaurant 200 m, village centre 800 m. Children's playground 20 m.
In summer: Balaton with beach 850 m. Arrival and departure in high season only on Saturday! In Balatonmáriafürdő, one of the most popular holiday resorts of the South Balaton, there are no vineyards today, but next to the permanently inhabited houses there are more and more sophisticatedly equipped holiday houses, recreation homes with the corresponding services suitable for rest and relaxation. On the almost 8 km long shore, there are 8 beaches in a natural environment with a beautiful panorama at the disposal of the guests seeking relaxation. The atmospheric restaurants and quality summer events offer pleasant entertainment to the guests staying here. Our settlement is becoming more and more popular among families with children because of its shallow water beaches. The bicycle route around Lake Balaton passes through our village.
From Balatonmáriafürdő you can make pleasant trips to the surrounding settlements - thanks to the good transport connections. The spas in the vicinity are: Marcali, Zalakaros, Hévíz. In the vicinity of our settlement there is also the Kis-Balaton, which is known all over Europe. You can also spend a pleasant day in the nearby Keszthely or take a boat trip to the settlements of Szigliget or Badacsony on the northern shore. The narrow-gauge railway runs from Balatonfenyves to the ancient marshland of Nagyberek. On foot one can admire the protected cellar rows of the "Bokrosi" vineyard and taste the tasty wines grown here. The people living here welcome visitors quite warmly.

Very friendly landlords
The accommodation is very clean and everything you need is available. The two lower bedrooms are very modern and comfortable, while the two upper ones are more suitable for the younger generation. However, there is still the option to use the sofa in the living room-kitchen area. The use of air conditioning is possible at no extra cost! The location is really very quiet. For travelers who have difficulty walking, a car is always necessary to get to the restaurants in the village. But overall, it is really highly recommended! ! !

Very nice holiday home that was perfectly functional for our needs. The holiday home is located in a quiet area where you can relax very well. Also, a very big compliment and thank you to the hosts, who are always there for you and very gladly and friendly help with any questions.

This year we were there again. The interior is very nice, especially the furnishings. Everything is very very clean.

Very nice accommodation. Everything as described except for the electric stove (gas stove).
Shopping possibilities just around the corner. Eating options about 500 meters away.
Beach and lawn by the lake ideal for children. Shaded areas and everything is super well-maintained.
We were 4 adults and 2 children and this was the ideal accommodation for us and we can only recommend it.
