Fantastic living atmosphere over 2 levels: The furnishing of the stylishly restored country house impresses with a skillful mix of antique furniture and rural flair.
The estate has been lovingly restored, preserving and showcasing the island-typical natural stone. This creates a welcomingly warm and timeless atmosphere. Let yourself be transported to another world and enjoy an unforgettable vacation away from the hectic everyday life! Around the beautiful courtyard with the antique fountain, the rooms are distributed across two sections of the building. Therefore, the holiday home is large enough for one to two families with children, groups of friends, or for 4 couples.
In the courtyard, in the secluded garden, around the pool area, in the loggia, and on the rooftop terrace, there are various seating and retreat options. Each bedroom has its own newly designed marble bathroom and its own access to the garden. THE ROOMS IN THE MAIN HOUSE:
On the ground floor is the triple room and a romantic double room. Both are interconnected and with the upper floor via a stone spiral staircase.
On the upper floor are the kitchen and the living room with access to the large roof terrace. Up here, one can sit comfortably together, sunbathe, practice yoga, or enjoy the clear starry sky in the evening. THE ROOMS IN THE OUTBUILDING:
Depending on the size of the guest group, a bedroom (with a canopy bed by the pool) and on the upper floor the tower room (with a French bed and single bed, loggia, and balcony) are available.

Location and surroundings of object
The former farmhouse is quietly and idyllically situated on a hill at the edge of the village of Nadur. Extended walks along the coast and morning jogs are possible right outside the front door in the green San Blas Valley with its small gardens. Also nearby is the famous Mixta Cave overlooking Ramla Bay.
The location on the north coast near the bathing beaches is very convenient. The beaches are a 20-minute walk away, and reachable by car or bus in 5 to 10 minutes. to reach.
A grocery store, restaurants, bakery, bus stop, and playground are nearby.
By car, you can reach the lively island capital, Victoria with its citadel, or the Ggantija Megalithic Temple in the neighboring village Xaghra, or the Mgarr ferry port (ferry to Malta in 25 minutes and to Comino) in 10 minutes.
According to legend, Gozo is the island of Calypso. Many historical traces from different eras can be found here. Due to its authenticity and natural beauty, Gozo has not only become known as a filming location for movies like "Game of Thrones" and "By the Sea" by Angelina Jolie, but also as a paradise for hiking and diving. Diving centers can be found in the neighboring Qala, in the popular seaside resort Marsalforn with its beach promenade, and in the fishing village of Xlendi, which is situated in a fjord on the south coast.
Individual boat trips from Marsalforn, Xlendi, or Mgarr are possible, e.g., tours to the Blue Hole – a famous dive site. to Malta, to the Blue Lagoon on the neighboring island of Comino or around Gozo.
The large and affluent village of Nadur in the north of Gozo, located in the hunting grounds of the Knights of Malta at the time, is surrounded by fertile valleys where citrus fruits and figs are cultivated. It is close to three beaches (Ramla Bay, San Blas Bay, and Dahlet Qorrot). Around the large and monumental Peter and Paul Church in the village center, there are various shops, a bank with ATM, pizzeria and restaurants, bars, and cafes. The village also has a maritime museum worth visiting and a weekly market on Wednesday morning.
Nadur is the carnival capital of Gozo: Here, the carnival, unlike the more boisterous celebrations in other places, has a somber and serious character due to its macabre costumes. Besides the spontaneity and creativity of its participants, this is what makes the carnival in Nadur a unique experience.

Very beautiful farmhouse with a super nice sea view.
In the mornings at breakfast, one sits relaxed with a view of the sea. The road by the house is only rarely used, and the house is located on the edge of a valley, providing a perfect view into the valley and of the sea behind it. From the rooftop terrace, there is an even better view, of course. The house has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Nothing is missing. The in-house pool is great, and the closed typical Gozitan walls allow for relaxation in privacy. The beach is only a 3-minute drive away, and the sea can also be reached on foot. We had a rental car for our vacation there, which made reaching the main highlights of the island much easier. Definitely, this accommodation can be recommended.

So beautiful!
We really enjoyed our vacation in the beautiful farmhouse! Everything was so spacious and stylishly furnished, the beds comfortable, each bedroom with its own bathroom, and super Wi-Fi in every room. It had everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Especially lovely was the quiet location with a view of the San Blas Valley all the way to the sea; the pool; stargazing from the rooftop terrace; swimming and snorkeling at the numerous bathing options and, of course, hiking. From Nadur, you can quickly reach any beach by car, and you can hike directly from the house. There are free parking spaces right on the street, and overall, parking on the entire island is free. We are thrilled and will definitely come back.

Dreamy farmhouse
We had a relaxing time in the beautiful old farmhouse. All the rooms are lovingly decorated with many details, so we felt very comfortable here. The house is very spacious with many options where we gathered (pool, large kitchen and living room, rooftop terrace). I can therefore highly recommend the house for families with children or several people and will definitely book it again for my next Gozo vacation, as Gozo is a fantastic island for relaxing, with many coves and beaches for swimming.
