Our cottage is located in the village Mazici, Budva and has capacity for 6 Perone. The apartment is about 70 m² in size and is located on the ground floor of the house.
Wohbereich: kitchen, living room, bedroom, hallway and bedroom is a double bed 160 cm X 200 cm. Two more beds offers comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Here too cozy dining area is integrated for 6 people. Kitchen is well equipped: stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, toaster.
The large terrace, approx 50m² with sea view, with impressive views of the Adriatic Sea and the famous island hotel "Sveti Stefan". TV and Wireless Internet, Cot available, parking spaces in front of the house.
One floor down is second separate bedroom with shower / WC. TV and Internet via Wi-Fi, refrigerator and lawn in front of the guest room.

The easiest way is by plane Tivat Airport (Montenegro) and Dubrovnik (Croatia) Airport to Montenegro to come.
For guests who are brought by us free of charge to the cottage arriving from Tivat Airport.
Guests (max. 4 people) that can end up in Dubrovnik will be picked up at a cost share of € per trip.
Alternatively: Bus transfer from Dubrovnik to Budva. Free pick up from bus station Budva to the cottage by appointment.
Guests arriving on Croatian motorways, take the Gränzübergang "Debeli Brijeg". Driving on Tivat to Budva. At the output of Budva street, then turn left to Cetinje. After about 5 km ligt village Markovici left and right, the road leads to the village Mazici.
At the end of the main street, the house is located.

Due to our guests excursions can be organized inexpensive to the most beautiful parts of Montenegro.
From place Mazici / Markovici consists Busverbiendung to Budva.
In Budva car rental are offered inexpensive. Our house is located in the village Mazici about 5 km from Budva. The village is surrounded by lush vegetation. Rest and relax.
In summer evening provides a pleasantly cool. This makes for a restful sleep. The village Mazici consists mainly of traditional stone houses that have been lovingly restored. Taken beds in a lush woodlands. Experience nature-where Montenegro shows from its best side.
Mazici is an ideal starting point for hiking and biking tours.
Budva old town with narrow streets and romantic stone houses, invites strolling in the evening for the entire family can spend wonderful days of the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Sea. The Montenegrin coast is villeicht the last place where you can experience beauty, nature and culture as a whole. Beaches should extend up to 73 km of the coast. Swimming season lasts 180 days.

Dreamy-Restorative Holiday
The holiday in Montenegro was simply great! Despite the proximity to the seaside resort of Budva, one is in the middle of the quiet nature. The landlords Vesna and Rolf have shown great willingness to help and have done to make the stay in the holiday home pleasant, namely: joint excursions, many nice evenings spent on the terrace with wine, beer. The flat is very clean and comfortable. The garden with vegetables was also accessible for the guests. Dear Vesna and Rolf, thank you very much for a very nice time. I will gladly recommend you to others.
I WILL BE BACK!!!!!

Short-term Montenegro holiday
Since our originally planned holiday in Spain was cancelled, we decided to fly to Corona-free Montenegro at short notice. The contact with the landlords was quickly established and so we booked our first Montenegro holiday. We can confirm all the reviews of the previous ones 100%

Dreamily beautiful holiday apartment in the mountains above Budva
We had amazingly beautiful days in Vesna and Rolf's vacation apartment. If you want to experience Montenegro from its original side, you are in the right place. Vesna and Rolf are always ready to help and provide excellent tips for beautiful trips. Their house is located in absolute peace and tranquility above Budva, and every day Vesna spoiled us with her fresh vegetables and herbs from the garden.
At the same time, we took a trip to Lake Skadar together with both of them, where we were able to experience the area in its most amazing and original way. This tour was phenomenal.

Holiday with Vensna and Rolf
We have rarely felt so comfortable and welcome in a vacation home. Vesna and Rolf took wonderful care of us from the first day, starting with tips on shopping, parking in Budva, and worthwhile excursions. The house is located on a hill in the mountains near Budva and offers a wonderful view of the sea, including the island of Sveti Stefan, from the terrace. Despite its proximity to the seaside resort of Budva, you are in the middle of peaceful nature. The apartments had everything we needed and we were supplied with fresh vegetables and herbs from the house's own garden. We spent many beautiful evenings on the terrace with Vesna and Rolf, enjoying wine and also going on trips together, such as to Lake Skadar, including a paddle tour. All in all, we spent two unforgettable weeks in Mazici and hope to come back soon.

Wonderful days in Montenegro
Dear Vesna, Rolf and Jelena,
thank you very much for the wonderful time with you. We felt at home and were able to relax very well. We wanted for nothing in the flat - everything was there - just perfect!
We were also grateful that Vesna showed us at the beginning where the German bakery, the supermarket, the beaches and various places to stop were.
The many excursion tips from you were also helpful, unfortunately we were not able to see everything in the short week, so we will definitely come to you again.
We are already looking forward to it.

The host, Vesna Obermayer, was born in Montenegro and is 58 years old. She is married to Rolf Obermayer and has been in Northern Germany since 1975.
