Description
As you have seen the photos on the page there is a fantastic, lovely and very safe part of our villa. We live in upper flat and the part of the villa is completely indepent. It is only 30 meter to the sea. All of rooms have sea view. It has a big living room with one or two extra portable beds and open kitchen and one bedroom with double bed, one bathroom and toilet and full furnitured including TV, washer, Internet acces available (wifi - DSL)etc.
It has big grass garden. There are 5 villas in the courtyard (in the big green grass garden) they are like a small site. The citizenship of other inhabitants are German, French, American and myself. Our recidence is 2 km far from the village. Also there is a small market near the villa
The rental price is 400 Euro for high season ( - ), 300 Euro for ( - and - ) and 200 Euro for low season ( - ) .. Meanwhile 25 Euro is added to rental price for final cleaning.

- Shops and restaurants are within 200 to 2000 m from the villas.
-The beach is 50 m directly in front of the villas and is within walking distance.
-The holiday villas are located:
3km from the village of Ildır. 15km from Alacati (one of the world's most famous surfing centre), 12km from Ilica, 18km from Cesme, 75km from Izmir, 170 km from Ephesus, 220 km Pergamum, 320 km Pamukkale and 80km from the airport (Adnan Menderes).
-Easy access by buses to Ildir village, Ilıca and Cesme every 30 minutes.
There is also a daily bus service to Izmir which runs every hour. Car rental and transfer to and fro the Airport to our villas are available upon request.
