The exclusive Villa Le Palme is characterized by a particular and unusual Mediterranean architecture, a friendly ambience with style and a personal touch and a landscaped garden with numerous plantings. Beautiful villa situated on a large plot, where - as their name suggests - are a number of different palm trees. But in this garden features including purple bougainvillea, bushy oleanders, shady wisteria, tall pine etc. A paved stone path, which is lined with evergreen shrubs of Pittosporum (Pittosforum), leads directly to the porch of the house. Just a few steps and you are on the sandy beach, which is lined with dunes and Mediterranean vegetation.
Ideal for those who seek the sea and at the same time do not want to miss the comfort of a beautiful villa.

Get through the porch you enter the spaciously designed living room of the house. In a niche there is an elegant crystal table. Oil paintings and other pictures decorate the walls. The couch invites you to leisurely hours by the fireplace. The Intérieur is cozy, but also selected. Some antiques give the house a special charm.
The villa has a living space of about 135 square meters (without crediting percentage Terrace & Garden). It has 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 - on request 6 - beds.
The light-filled kitchen with direct access to the terrace is large, very well equipped and very nice in white / yellow maintained. Dining table and chairs are also available.
There are 2 bathrooms - including a larger one with a bathtub and a smaller one with shower (see picture.) -. Washing machine, ironing board and iron are also available.
The villa has an additional seating in porch on the back of the house and a shaded, framed by wisteria arbor Park (also suitable for 2 cars).

Great well maintained house in a great location
Great, well-maintained house. Super location. Only a few steps to the sea. Plenty of space.
Very good contact with the landlord. Despite the language barrier, everything worked out.
Recommendable at any time!
