The proximity to the lake and the feeling of peace and relaxation seemed very special to us from our first visit.
Within walking distance, you can find good restaurants in the village, as well as two supermarkets, a pharmacy and a doctor's office.
Hiking routes start in the immediate vicinity of the house at the nearby lake.

The fabulous Fichtelgebirge, in which Nagel am See is located, is a varied destination for hikers and mountain bikers all year round. In winter, the nearby Ochsenkopf is also a popular ski area with several lifts, ski schools and a well-developed network of cross-country ski trails, as well as floodlit slopes in Mehlmeisel
You should definitely plan a visit to the nearby festival venue Luisenburg. In summer, an attraction with international events on the open-air stage, as well as the adventurous rock labyrinth. A great experience for children and adults. The herb village Nagel am See is a small village in the middle of the Fichtelgebirge and is a popular place to visit at any time of year.
The house is located in a holiday home settlement in the immediate vicinity of the lake.

Cancellation terms:
Up to 6 months before the rental period starts, a processing fee of €50.00 will be charged. Up to 60 days before the rental period begins, the deposit will be retained; less than 25 days before, 90% of the rental price is due.

The holiday home is equipped with natural stone radiators, which are electrically operated.
In the winter months, electricity costs of about 9€ per day are to be expected.
To minimise electricity consumption during the heating season, it is recommended to heat with the beautiful fireplace.

House Lina
The idyllic holiday village with the small houses is very quietly situated at the small bathing lake. The house is small but cosy and can easily accommodate 4 people. With small children, it can also accommodate 5. There is a small playground by the lake that our children always used. The surrounding area invites you for nice walks.
The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated. The exit from the terrace to the barbecue is excellent (before you had to go around the house)

We had a wonderful short stay that we would have liked to extend. The house is equipped with a new kitchen (dishwasher). The bathroom is newly renovated. The highlight is the access from the terrace to the grill! The surroundings invite you to great hikes. The lake has a small playground where our children always liked to go. We would love to come back :-)

Everything is in order and as described (except for the issue with the broken washing machine that was not repaired). The only thing missing in the kitchen is a microwave.

With our 20-month-old daughter, we had a wonderful time, which was further enhanced by the perfect weather. Beautiful, quiet location and an idyllic little house with everything you need! We will come back!
