Description

The cosy attic flat is located in a detached house, it is nicely furnished. For the little guests there is an additional cot in the flat which can be used as needed.
The garden offers the possibility to spend cosy evenings in a separate sitting area, a barbecue is available and can be used at any time.
Several cars can be parked in front of the house and bicycles can be stored in a shed.
The flat offers two TV sets, one in the living room and one in the kitchen, as well as small music systems.

The cosy flat is located on the upper floor in a detached house. From here you can reach the city centre in about 20 minutes on foot. The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes away. A shopping centre with an Edeka supermarket including a bakery, Aldi, pharmacy, Rossmann, post office and savings bank is a 5-minute walk away.
Despite its medieval town centre, Lüneburg is a young university town on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. However, the 1050-year-old town not only lives in the splendour of bygone times, but also uses the backdrop for trendy scene bars, spacious residential buildings and modern shops behind old facades. Creative forges, innovative companies, service providers and retailers operate beneath the characteristic historic gables. Thousands of students of trend-setting courses of study, locals and guests enjoy their free time with drinks in rustic cafés, shopping on cobblestones, relaxing in the salt thermal baths. Modernity feels at home in Lüneburg.
Whether museums, churches, historical witnesses to salt mining or Stone Age graves - there is much to see in the city and the district. On the Lüneburg website you will find a large selection of events and descriptions of the most important sights.

Vacation as a couple

We were guests at the Knochenhauer family for the first time. We were warmly welcomed, and the vacation apartment was a dream. Despite the quiet and relaxing location, we were close to the city and with a good transport connection, we quickly reached the city center and the nearby area. Even to Hamburg or the Lüneburg Heath, it was just a stone's throw away. Great sights in immediate proximity (insider tip from the Knochenhauer family included)! We will definitely come back!!!

The Knochenhauer family was very friendly and received us warmly. The apartment was equipped with everything one needed and furnished with a lot of love. If something was missing, all we had to do was let them know, and it would be taken care of. The apartment is very good for 2 people, but I think it would be a bit tight with children. Nevertheless, I would recommend the apartment and would book it again at any time. Family Held from Flensburg.

Very nice vacation apartment

We had a nice week.
The apartment was very well equipped, and the reception was good.
Nice owners who had good tips.
There are beautiful excursion destinations that are easily accessible by bike.
It takes about 10 minutes by bike to the center of Lüneburg.
We took the train to Hamburg (35 minutes).

Great holiday flat

The flat is very well equipped. Nothing is missing. Mr. and Mrs. Knochenhauer offer a service that is truly unique ( starting with the number of towels of all kinds, provision of coffee and tea to the free provision of mineral water !!!) In addition, we were very warmly welcomed by them and they had an open ear for our questions. We can recommend this holiday home without reservation!!!

Highly recommended, price unbeatable

The modernly equipped and lovingly furnished apartment, which lacked nothing, the quiet location and the beautiful garden were pure relaxation.
Shopping facilities, as well as bus and train (also to Hamburg) were easily accessible. The potential for excursions is almost inexhaustible and Lüneburg is beautiful. Our warm and hospitable landlords always had an open ear for us. The furnishings, cleanliness and surroundings convinced us and we would recommend the apartment without reservation.

Unforgettable holiday June 2016.

In June 2016, we were able to spend an unforgettable holiday in the Knochenhauer holiday apartment. The Knochenhauer couple is unique, friendly, accommodating, and always accessible. The apartment is very well-equipped. We lacked nothing. The location is very quiet with quick access to the highway, and the small shopping center is within a 4-minute walk.

It hardly needs mentioning that Lüneburg itself is already an experience. We will gladly vacation with the Knochenhauer family again and recommend them.

Cozy holiday apartment near the city.

We spent five days in Lüneburg for a short vacation. The arrival was uncomplicated and we were warmly welcomed. The apartment was very clean and ready for occupancy immediately. We especially enjoyed the barbecue area in the garden where we spent a relaxed evening and the children could play in the garden. The rooms of the apartment are spacious enough for four people to stay there.

For this price, a highly recommended apartment - we give it 5 stars. Thank you very much for the lovely accommodation!
