Villa rental in South Corsica near Propriano at Olmeto Plage, Furnished Tourist Accommodation approval of December 20, 2023, 4*:

1 master suite with 1 double bed 160x200 (25.5 m2), 1 master suite with 2 single beds 90x200 (27.5 m2).
Large south and west terrace with superb sea panorama. Private garden of 500 m2

160 meters as the crow flies from a beautiful sandy beach and rocks.
The garden around the villa is a haven of relaxation and rest. The olive trees, holm oaks, strawberry trees, junipers, heathers, mastic trees, and maquis plants have been preserved.
Large tiled terraces on one level
A large bay window in the living room also allows you to enjoy the sea view during your dinners inside the villa.
Two suites are separated from the living room by soundproof doors for your comfort and privacy. The private adjoining bathrooms each include a large walk-in shower (1 m x 1.60 m) and separate toilets.
Around the Villa des Plages-Valinco, there is only the owners' villa. The location and size of the property guarantee everyone their privacy.
Car charging:
Upon agreement, possibility of charging on a standard domestic 16 A socket. Electricity consumption to be added and settled before departure if the rental package of 60 kWh per week is exceeded
Access to the villa: the steep road is concreted.

We had a wonderful stay here and especially enjoyed the heavenly view of the Gulf of Valinca. The house was very comfortable and spacious, the two large bathrooms with huge comfort showers were great, and everything you need for cooking was available, even for baking! A highlight was the beautiful, quiet beach with crystal-clear water, which, despite the steep road, was easily reachable for us on foot within 10 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay between sea and maquis. The view from the terrace is splendid, the terrace is very shaded and cool. The house is spacious and very well equipped and decorated. The garden is very well maintained with all the species of the maquis. The place is totally in line with the description in the listing. The beach is very pleasant with sand, rocks for the fish and for privacy, accessible on foot by a narrow but very passable path. In short, a great stay! 3/ Nicolas Stay date August 2024

"Martine and Jean Pierre's villa is simply ideal. Everything starts with a warm welcome, a tour of the place, and many good tips about the region. In the villa, you find all the necessary comfort." "What a view"
"What a view" A wonderful place with a wide view. The photos absolutely correspond to reality (if not more). Top-notch infrastructure. Very stylish Mediterranean. Lovingly built and furnished by Jean-Pierre and Martine. Very discreet landlords, who are very helpful and full of information. Impressive beaches in front of the house, or in the immediate vicinity (don’t forget your diving goggles, there is a lot to see). Absolutely moving and magnificent are the sunsets (bring enough digital storage space). The villa is located in a very quiet area, yet very well positioned for tours and shopping everywhere. For relaxation and daydreaming, a place you should treat yourself to more than once if possible.
