Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in July and August, generally, unless otherwise agreed with the host. |
Cancellation terms:
The tenant will forfeit the deposit if they withdraw more than three weeks before the lease commencement; if they withdraw less than three weeks prior, they must also pay the landlord the difference between the deposit and the total rent equivalent as a penalty.

"La villa de Martine et Jean Pierre est simplement idéale. Tout débute par un accueil chaleureux, une visite des lieux et nombre de bons conseils sur la région. Dans la villa, on trouve tout le confort nécessaire. L'émerveillement continue avec la découverte de la vue imprenable sur le golfe du Valinco. Depuis la villa, les criques magnifiques sont à 5 min à pied. L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner sur la région pour les plages, le tourisme et la randonnée. A recommander! Romane et Thomas"

"What a view"
A wonderful place with a lot of foresight. The photos correspond absolutely to the reality (more positive). A top infrastructure. Very stylish mediteranisch. Lovingly built and decorated by Jean-Pierre et Martine. Very discrete Vermierter that are very helpful and full of information. Impressive beaches in front of the house, or in the immediate vicinity (remember diving mask, as there is much to see). Absolutely poignant and pompous the sunsets are (sufficient digital storage to take). The villa is located in a very quiet area, but very well positioned for tours and purchases everywhere. For relaxation and reveries a place spoils you possible more than once.
