This modern holiday flat was renovated and furnished with great pleasure. It offers enough space for up to 4 people. Your pet is also very welcome here.
The flat is on the ground floor and has its own entrance. The floor in the entire flat is lightly tiled. In the bedroom there is a large bed, which offers space for 2 people, a spacious wardrobe and a post-console with clock radio and table people. For late sleepers, the room can be darkened via the electric external blinds.
The bathroom is tiled in a bright and friendly way and has a shower (shower cubicle), WC, washstand, mirror and a towel radiator.
The living room with integrated kitchenette is the largest room in the flat. A window front across the entire width of the house provides the room with plenty of light. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all small utensils. The dining table seats four (a high chair for children is provided). The cosy sofa can be converted into a bed. Here 2 more persons can sleep comfortably. This room can also be completely darkened by electric external blinds. A TV set and free W-LAN are also available.

Good location, mixed overall impression
The short-term booking was problem-free and the communication with the landlord was very friendly and uncomplicated. We always received a timely response to our messages. We also liked the location of the holiday apartment.
We were less satisfied with the bedroom. There we noticed a distinctly musty, moldy smell. Additionally, we noticed discolorations on several places on the walls, which raised concerns about possible moisture or mold formation. Therefore, we decided to shorten our stay by one night.
The landlord later informed us that during his inspection, neither mold nor moisture had been found. He also offered us a refund for the final cleaning.

Weniger zufrieden waren wir mit dem Schlafzimmer. Dort nahmen wir einen deutlich muffigen, modrigen Geruch wahr. Zudem fielen uns an mehreren Stellen der Wände Verfärbungen auf, die bei uns Bedenken hinsichtlich möglicher Feuchtigkeit oder Schimmelbildung auslösten. Wir haben uns deshalb entschieden, unseren Aufenthalt um eine Nacht zu verkürzen.
Der Vermieter teilte uns im Nachgang mit, dass bei seiner Überprüfung weder Schimmel noch Feuchtigkeit festgestellt worden seien. Zudem bot er uns die Erstattung der Endreinigung an.
