The Zwischenahner Meer / north shore, with bathing area, boat rental, playground, jetty with round trip, is quickly reached via a footpath through a forest with beautiful old trees.

Moor, heath, forest and meadows, well-kept parks with mighty trees and old farmhouses define the wonderful landscape that stretches around the Bad Zwischenahner Meer - the pearl of the Ammerland.

Countless rhododendrons in the parks in and around Bad Zwischenahn bloom from May to June and offer a colourful spectacle. It is not for nothing that the rhododendron is also considered the emblem of the Ammerland.
