The apartment has been completely renovated and furnished with high-quality furniture. You have a storage area for strollers in the hallway on the mezzanine. The living area is located on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and dishwasher. A new LED TV with satellite reception, DVD player, stereo system, free internet access via Wi-Fi, and a clock radio are available to you. The spacious bathroom offers you a barrier-free shower. You have access to the water via our jetty. In the garden, a grill and garden furniture await you. Bed linen, towels, and dish towels are available to you free of charge, as well as a private parking space. There are no carpets in the apartment, so it is also suitable for allergy sufferers. For this reason, smoking in the house and bringing pets is not permitted.

Many native bird species have found a home in the Steinhuder Meer Nature Park and can be observed here.
However, the experience of the Steinhuder Meer is only complete through the water itself.
