Holidays in the Baltic Sea resort with unique water views on all sides!
Please note: Our holiday property is located in the OstseeResort Olpenitz - This new holiday resort is currently still in the development and expansion phase, so that corresponding construction activities on the site are to be expected. The travel prices have already been adjusted to this circumstance.
All three living levels of the white beach villa have been furnished to a high standard with great attention to detail and perfectly coordinated in terms of colour. The unique maritime location of the house is also reflected in the furnishings. In the large, bright living room, cosy sofa sets invite you to stay longer and the adjoining open kitchen with the dining area offers all possible technical amenities for your comfort holiday.
Two bedrooms, each equipped with double beds, are available for restful nights. If required, the sofa in the lounge room of the 2nd floor can be converted into a comfortable double bed, so that two more people can stay here. From here, there is direct access to the roof terrace with comfortable lounge furniture - a great view of the Olpenitz marina opens up here. For relaxing wellness hours, the holiday home is equipped with a whirlpool tub and a sauna.
Even if the weather should not be kind, the extensive media equipment offers sufficient entertainment possibilities, as there is an Xbox, a DVD, book and game collection as well as children's toys for the little guests.
In addition, the beach villa "The Sea Room" is equipped with central underfloor heating, free internet access via LAN/WLAN connection, a washing machine and a car parking space directly at the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is located directly on the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the Baltic Sea and is a district of the town of Kappeln. The centre of Kappeln is only 5 km away, and here you will find numerous sights, such as the herring fence, the Schleibrücke bridge and the Sankt Nikolai church
The Schlei region has many small, quaint villages that are wonderful to explore on an extensive bicycle tour.
Passionate water lovers can also pursue their favourite pastime on the Schlei and Baltic Sea and sail, swim, canoe, motorboat, windsurf etc. to their heart's content. Note on the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz: Infrastructure such as marina buildings, restaurants and roads are planned or under construction. The Ostseeresort Olpenitz is being developed from the former Olpenitz naval port. Work on the development will continue in 2018/19, so construction activities can be expected on the site and in the neighbourhood.

Beautiful holiday
It was an all-around successful vacation. Great location, nice little beach behind the house. Everything very clean. A little more storage space in the kitchen would be nice. The attic is very noisy. But that would be nitpicking at a high level. We had a great time.

Great care!
We had a wonderful and relaxing time in this super equipped house. The location is great, as you have a splendid panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and Schlei from the rooftop terrace. We thank Designer-Ferienwohnungen for the great care. :)
