Very good accommodation
Very clean, lovingly fenced with private lake access, great holiday with dog possible, quiet location and nice people on site. It would be desirable to have a map and not just a Polish-speaking reception. The boat was great, but did not comply with the local fishing regulations, there was no indication of this and it would have been very expensive in case of inspection. Nevertheless, I can only recommend it. Emails were answered very kindly within 24 hours and the guest was taken care of.

An unforgettable holiday
It really was a dream of a holiday. Everything went perfectly, from booking to departure. We have very rarely met such a really polite, kind and helpful owner. The house and the location are 1AAAAA. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank the great host and the lovely young woman who greeted and saw us off and cleaned the house so cleanly, from the bottom of our hearts

Booking not honored
Booked by phone and received confirmation, then canceled all other options. The next morning, the email with the cancellation arrived due to alleged double booking.

Family Vacation
The Freienhaus is beautifully located directly by the lake. The rooms are spacious. The terrace is nice and large.
The kitchen has some shortcomings. There is no coffee machine (but one was brought to us after a call). There is also no oven. There is a provision for a range hood.
The large grill in the garden was very dirty.
Unfortunately, there were also several swallow nests under the gutter, so the windows and window sills were full of swallow droppings. I reported this to the landlord, and he will take care of it. However, the vacation was very nice. The property is fenced, so our dog could run free. There is a garage available but cannot be used for a car as it is very cluttered. There is a fish restaurant (grill) in Fraknowo, but it is not recommended. There are nice and affordable restaurants in Olsztyn, where there is also a very beautiful open-air museum. The landlord is very nice.
