Description
The holiday home is located in the center of the village on a garden plot of approx. 5000 sqm with 4 other weekend houses. The property borders directly on Lake Oberuckersee.
The holiday home is comfortably furnished and has a large, furnished and partially covered terrace. A sunbathing lawn can be found directly by the lake. A car parking space is located next to the ground floor of the house. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a small bathroom with shower and a cozy living room furnished with a seating area, a dining table for 4 people, satellite TV, CD radio, and a wood-burning stove.
From here you have access to the terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms. The larger room is furnished with a romantic canopy bed, which invites you to relax and dream, the smaller bedroom with 2 single beds. Of course, there are wardrobes in both rooms.
From up here you have a wonderful view of the surrounding gardens and the lake.
For families with a small child, we are happy to provide a crib in the larger bedroom; a high chair is also available.
The lakeshore is only about 80 m from the house. Here you will find the jetty with the rowboat, which is available to you free of charge. Swimming and fishing are possible from the jetty. Non-swimmers and children will find a beach about 3 km away at the "Quast".
You are welcome to rent a paddle boat from us. The Oberuckersee and Unteruckersee are connected by a natural watercourse and are perfect for a paddling tour.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located, together with four other weekend houses in the center of Seehausen, on a 5,000-m ² garden plot, which is directly adjacent to the Oberuckersee. You have a lot of movement and a lawn by the lake. Attention new: our log cabin at the lake near here offer Seehausen, with its population of about 250, is an idyllic village in the center of the Uckermark, surrounded by beautiful lakes. In the village you will find a small hotel (breakfast available), as well as a restaurant. To purchase travel 3 km to Potzlow or about 15 km away in the district town of Prenzlau. In the summer months Seehausen is appreciated by many guests as a holiday very much, but in the colder months, it certainly has its charms. One can find peace and relaxation, but can also, if you will, then, take a lot.

Hiking and cycling tours are the best way to explore the charming landscape of the Uckermark; many partially signposted paths are available for this purpose.
But those who wish to travel the land on horseback also have the opportunity. Several riding stables are located in the immediate vicinity.
Many worthwhile excursion destinations await your visit; extensive brochures and maps can be found in the holiday apartment. Anglers receive their fishing permits directly from us, a rowboat is available to you free of charge.
Swimming is possible via a bathing ladder at the house’s own dock; non-swimmers drive about 3 km to Quast. There is a small bathing beach here, and your physical well-being is also taken care of.
You are also welcome to rent a paddle boat from us. The two Ucker lakes are connected by a natural waterway and are perfect for a paddle tour. Water travelers can go beyond the Ucker lakes all the way to the Szczecin Lagoon.
Pets are not allowed here.
