The place is situated on a big plot close to a small river, forest and a lawn around the house about 3000m2. Sandsjön is a small settlement consisting on several scattered houses in an area that is mostly forest. Lake Sandsjön lies about 500m from the house.

| Check in and check out on Saturday. In, better in the afternoon, and out in the morning up to 12.00 When checking out you'll get back the deposit if the house is properly clean, and you'll pay the electricity you have consumed. |
Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.
7o% of the rent must be paid within 15 days after booking. The rest is paid on arrival. If you cancel 30 days before arrival or earlier, you only pay a cancellation fee of 500 sek. If you cancel later you pay the 70% of the rent. In this case if we manage to rent the cottage to someone else, we will reimburse you the amount equivalent to the rent paid by the new tenant, less a deduction fee for the service of 500 sek.

Sandsjön lies on a cross of gravel roads from where you can easily reach Lesjöfors (10km), the nearest supermarket, and Nordmark (11km) from where you take the main road to Filipstad (26km from the house) small city with main services.
