The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of Osterforde, just a few kilometers from the town of Bockhorn. Shopping facilities, cafés, and restaurants are easily accessible. The UNESCO World Natural Heritage Wadden Sea is also not far away.

The house is optimally designed for up to four adults and one small child. You can expect two bedrooms, a spacious living area with a modern kitchen, as well as a well-kept garden with terrace – perfect for relaxing after a trip to the sea.

Our holiday home is pet-free and therefore especially suitable for allergy sufferers and guests who want a quiet and clean stay.

Again and again gladly

From September 6 to 20, my wife and I spent two unforgettable weeks in this wonderful holiday home. It was equipped with everything you need, and the entire house was always very clean. The friendly landlords and the quiet location made our stay perfect. From there, we took many beautiful bike tours. It was a great vacation, and we would definitely love to come back!

Successful short vacation

We were able to spend our short-notice vacation in such a beautiful accommodation that we would have gladly stayed there for an entire month. As other guests have already reported: absolutely quiet location, very clean, comfortable, beds made :-), rooms generously sized and fully equipped. The surroundings invite many activities that we unfortunately could not fully pursue. Above all: We have rarely met such tactful, friendly, and likeable hosts!!! We will come again!

Relaxing vacation

Spent a week in the little house at the beginning of August 2025.
Those seeking peace and relaxation are very well placed here.
The house is located right at the edge of the forest.
We were able to take nice tours with the bicycles that can be booked additionally with the friendly landlords.

Anytime again

Well-equipped vacation apartment, perfect for 2 people.
However, the stairs to the bedroom are difficult to manage for persons with reduced mobility.

Great holiday home, great location

A very nice holiday home in a very quiet forest edge location. Central starting point for excursions. The house is perfectly equipped, just a place to feel good. The landlords are very friendly and communicative.

Gladly again!

We were in Martha's Lütje Huus in August and had a wonderful 10 days. The location is very convenient for car or bike trips to Ammerland, the coast or all of East Frisia. The cottage is very well equipped, super clean and completely quiet. Very nice landlords, great weather, beautiful apartment and many activities...what more could you want on vacation ??? Beautiful little house

Very nice and clean cottage with everything you need.
The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, ideal for relaxing from stress.
The hosts are very nice and always available.
There are 2 seating areas at the house that you can use and they are great for relaxing in the sun.
The only problem is that there is a steep staircase leading to the bedroom on the upper floor, which is not easily accessible for people with walking difficulties.

Ferienwohnung

It is a clean and recommended holiday apartment. Top equipped, in a quiet location, super beautiful outdoor area, top maintained. In the summer definitely a great place. The only drawback is the steep stairs to the bedroom for those with foot problems, but with good condition, it can be quickly overcome. Otherwise, the apartment is highly recommended.

Friesland

Beautiful and lovingly restored old Frisian house. We didn't miss anything in this house (bed linen and towels were also available). It was the ideal starting point for our bike tours (Friesische Wehde and Jadebusen). The house, which is recommended for two people, has very nice landlords.

Really beautiful and relaxing days in Friesland!

We can highly recommend Martha's Lütje Hus. We stayed there with our 11-year-old son for 6 days. Whether by bike or car, you can go on great excursions and the beach is not far away either. The holiday home is fully equipped, the landlords are really nice, and you can enjoy nature in the garden. We would love to come back!

Family-friendly accommodation

In a quiet location at the edge of the forest, we found Martha's little house lovingly and extensively furnished. Run by helpful landlords, we truly lacked nothing. We felt very comfortable both in the house itself and in the well-kept gardens. The location is excellent for bike tours to the Jade Bight, primeval forests, lakes, and Frisian seas.

Bike vacation

We felt very comfortable in the vacation home. Everything was very clean and the landlords were helpful but not intrusive. There are very well-marked bike routes that we highly recommend. All routes go through meadows, moors, or forests. Very beautiful:)))

very good

The house is very clean. Everything is available. There is even an oven. Only groceries and spices need to be brought along. You have the house to yourself and feel right at home. We visited acquaintances and explored the town. The North Sea is highly recommended.
