Large sea-view terraces/patios, large swimming pool area and grill/lounge/tennis area in the back are at disposal to guests. Tennis lessons are also possible by arrangement from the owner who is a licensed tennis instructor. House is positioned close to the sandy beach Mel and a long seaside promenade suitable for a walk or bicycle ride. House displays from all the apartments and surrounding area a wonderful view of the beach, Kampor bay, and “Kalifront” peninsula.
