In the 1st floor of a typical Corsican house, we rent an apartment with a terrace. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one large with a bed and the 2nd with 2 separate beds. Of course there are closets and shelves in every room. The bedrooms are oriented to the Maquis and therefore very quiet. The kitchen has a gas hob, washing machine, large refrigerator, micro wave, coffee maker, cookware and utensils. In the lounge there is a dining area for 4 the built-in furniture are dishes and glasses. For added convenience, there is a sofa and rattan. the shower room is located between the two bedrooms with terrace with a large table and chairs and parasol fitted so that the meals can also be taken out.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located on the small village square, 50 meters from the port, 200 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the rocky coast.
It is very bright, sunny and furnished with love and taste. From the terrace you have a nice view to the small village that in winter has about 14 inhabitants. Barcaggio is located at the northern tip of Corsica (Cap Corse). There is a small fishing village in a conservation area. 200 m east of the village there is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Cap. The water is crystal clear and shallow, making it suitable for small children to swim. 100 meters west there are rocks with access to the sea, which are loved by snorkelers as to explore the underwater world with this cost-effective equipment. Barcaggio located on the famous customs officers, which begins in Macinaggio and ends in Centuri. This route follows the coast, to invite the lonely coves for refreshment for swimming. On one side the sea and on the other the Maquis consisting of myrtle, rosemary and Immortel, which are known for the distinctive aroma of the island, to name just a few. You can also visit the Genoese towers (ruins) Sainte Marie and Agnello. 2 Km before Barcaggio the rocky island Giraglia is its lighthouse. For a few years it has been declared a bird conservation area. At night, the light of the lighthouse clips over the countryside to warn passing ships of this danger. 2 small tourist boats allow an exit to the sea, around the Giraglia and the nearest ports Macinaggio and this beautiful area are not only summer visitors very much, but also the migratory birds from different countries stop here to get away from the rigors of their long journey to place is ideal for families and food supply takes place by mobile Verkausstellen (Backer, butcher, vegetables and fresh produce). Otherwise you will find in Macinaggio 15 Km all shops, doctor and pharmacy.

VERY COMFORTABLE COTTAGE
The owners are very nice people. We have already been here for 3 years and we will return this year as well. A very cozy little house, spacious and with everything needed for a great vacation.

Dream holiday
We were totally enchanted by the beautiful place of Barcaggio, the very lovingly furnished flat and our very nice and caring landlords.
The apartment offers a lot of space and is sufficient for 4 people
We love to cook ourselves on holiday and that went wonderfully,
in the kitchen which has everything :)
We would love to come back - everything went smoothly.
