Description

Divided into a large living/dining room, a shower room and a bedroom with double bed ( 180 x 200 cm ) on the
Ground floor. The windows are equipped with shutters for 100% blackout and insect protection.

On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and SAT-TV
2. Bedroom there are 2 single beds (90x200 cm). These rooms are also equipped with shutters for 100% darkening. In addition, there is another WC with washing facilities (hot water Beuler) on the upper floor
on the upper floor.

Pets ( up to 2 dogs ) no cats are allowed.
Furnishings:
The holiday home offers space for up to 6 people and a small child in a travel cot. The kitchen integrated in the living room is fully equipped - oven, ceramic hob /4 plates, dishwasher, fridge with 17 litre pizza-size freezer, microwave, coffee machine - Philips Switch Filter 102 and Pad - and much more

The media equipment consists of a satellite TV, sound bar with Bluetooth, DVD player and stereo system.

The windows and terrace door are equipped with insect screens. The Velux window to the
Window to the west side is additionally equipped with a roller shutter. Wi-Fi and telephone to the German landline network are available free of charge.

A washing machine is available for free use in the shower room. Also
the window is equipped with insect protection. The entire house is equipped with a gas boiler for hot water and heating. On the ground floor, in addition to the radiators, which are in all rooms, there is an
Underfloor heating. The heating is controlled via a - BOSCH Smart Home Controller - with preset radiator and room thermostats, a smoke alarm and door/window contacts.

On the covered and wind-protected terrace there is garden furniture and a beach chair on wheels. Additional chairs, cushions, loungers, a Weber ball grill and ** 2 folding bicycles (use at your own risk) ** are available for use in the left part of the garden house. There is also space here for bicycles that you have brought with you.

** The tarpaulin is closed with tarpaulin buttons and can be rolled up, after opening please roll it down again and close it. Our large 3.50 x 3.50 mtr. sun and evening red terrace on the property, on which there is a stretchable parasol with protective cover, can of course be used. Table and chairs can be taken from the covered terrace.
