Description
The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house, which was completed in 2013. It has been awarded 4 stars by the DTV. The modernly furnished rooms have sloping ceilings up to the ridge, making them very spacious.
The entrance to the house is shared, but the apartment is separately locked.
From a small hallway you reach the kitchen, shower/WC, living room is equipped with a spacious couch corner and TV. In the integrated kitchen you will find almost everything you need to prepare your own meals. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed. A toddler bed is also available, and if you arrive by bicycle, we provide a lockable bicycle garage

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located in a small, quiet area in the Sonnenstein district. Opposite is the evangelic church Sonnenstein.
In the immediate vicinity there are several shopping facilities (Kaufland, Aldi, Netto, bakery) and help with medical problems is close at hand (hospital)
If you don't want to use your car, you can reach almost all destinations in the area by bus or train, often at a good frequency. The town centre can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. Pirna is an almost 800-year-old town on the Elbe. It is also called the gateway to Saxon Switzerland. It is the district town and has about 38,000 inhabitants. The shops, which have returned to their former beauty, beautiful restaurants and cafés are well worth a visit. Sights include the town museum, St. Mary's Church, the monastery church, the Schifftorvorstadt, the Zuschendorf country castle and the castle is the starting point for a wide range of excursions (Saxon Switzerland, steamboat trips on the Elbe, Dresden, Meissen, the Czech Republic, etc.).

| For short stays up to 3 nights surcharge of 10,-€/night. If you bring your own bed linen and towels, the surcharge does not apply the minimum stay is 6 nights. Short stays are only possible at short notice during this period. The city of Pirna charges a tourist tax of 2,00€ per person and night. This is to be paid to the landlord on the day of arrival. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

In the period from 01. the minimum stay is 6 nights. Shorter stays are to be requested at short notice.
if there are bookings for 2 - 3 nights during this period, we need the apartment for our own visit. You can of course book the nights in between.
