Villa has spacious apartments overlooking the swimming pool area that are available to groups/families of 2-5 persons.
All apartments are well furnished, air-conditioned, and kitchens are fully equipped and Wi-Fi internet is available free of charge.
Each apartment in the villa has from it’s terrace/balcony a sea view and is overlooking the swimming pool.

DESCRIPTION
Villa Marija in Croatia on island Rab, is a newly built modern villa with a swimming pool located in Rab Banjol.
Villa has spacious apartments overlooking the swimming pool area that are available to groups/families of 2-5 persons.
All apartments are well furnished, air-conditioned, and kitchens are fully equipped and Wi-Fi internet is available free of charge.
Each apartment in the villa has from it’s terrace/balcony a sea view and is overlooking the swimming pool.
Swimming pool area in front of the villa has enough lounge beds, chairs, sun umbrellas.
Also a grill area with table and chairs is available. House is a few minutes walking distance (about 500 meters) from the sea (Kamp Padova bay and beach) and a long seaside promenade suitable for a walk or bicycle ride. Inside this bay are leisure facilities such as restaurants, cafe’s, mini golf, boat and canoe rental, jet ski, pedaline, table tennis, bicycle rental. In the other direction along the coast is the town of Rab.
Further along the shore there are other small sandy beaches along the “Barbat” coast, where you can also find a number of seaside restaurants with local menu, cafe’

Было замечательно
Здравствуйте всем. Были в этом доме с 4.06.22 по 11.06.22 большой компанией 5 семей весь дом был наш.В каждой всё есть , и очень уютно и чисто. Босеен чистый . Хозяйка Мария очень хорошая , Здоровья и Счастья ей и по больше клиентов каждый сезон.
МИНУС : Дом находится на бугре до моря спустится 15мин.а вот подняться обратно и если с детьми в коляске тяжело и лучше ездить на машине, парковка на пляже бесплатная. Пляж частично каменный и крупный песок. Нам всем очень понравилось.
СОВЕТУЮ ВСЕМ ЭТОТ ДОМ.

Family holiday by the pool
It is a perfect house for families with children (and dogs). The flat was super clean (just the way we like it) and well equipped. Hand and bath towels were also included. Our landlady Marija was always helpful, offered us homemade specialities, she maintained the grounds and kept things tidy. The pool was a paradise for the children. You could relax on the sunbeds in front of the house
The beach is about 20 minutes away on foot
It was a very nice stay for us. We can recommend this house with a clear conscience.
