Dear holiday guests, we warmly welcome you to our quiet and idyllically situated holiday flat in the residential house, with separate entrance and parking directly in front of the door.

Our cosy and newly furnished holiday flat with 57 sqm living space impresses with a spacious living/dining room with integrated corner kitchen. A bright, large bathroom with shower, washbasin.
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a wardrobe.
In the large garden, a barbecue area is waiting directly in front of the flat. Simply wonderful for sitting when the sun goes down on balmy evenings.
On cool evenings you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace

Great location - Clean - Quiet
The holiday home with two bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a small kitchen convinced us (2 adults and a dog) completely! The bathroom is very large. The house was very clean and had everything you need.
The outdoor area is completely fenced (about 1 meter high), so our dog could move freely outside. The terrace with a table, chairs, and a grill invited us to relax.
Children are also taken care of (swing, slide, trampoline, sandbox).
The "street" at the house ends behind the holiday home in a field path and is very little - hardly - traveled. This makes the location very quiet.
In a few minutes, you can reach the famous excursion points, hiking routes, and sights by car or bus.
We felt very comfortable and appreciated the nice tips from the hosts (who are very friendly!).
A completely beautiful holiday for humans and dogs in a great house!

Simply fantastic
We can only recommend it. We were there for the second time and we will definitely come back. We were warmly welcomed, great host family May. The apartment has everything you need, well equipped. We felt very comfortable, even our little dog had space to run around in the garden. The surroundings are fantastic. The excursion tips we received from the May family were also great. Peace and relaxation
Those who need peace and relaxation should go to Ulbersdorf to the May family. The vacation rental is lovingly furnished, leaves nothing to be desired, and the separate garden is a dream for families, even with a dog. The friendly interaction with the May family makes the time off very enjoyable. The Saxon Switzerland as you love it. We would love to come back. All the best and stay healthy everyone ?

We felt very comfortable here. The apartment is very cozy and we love your fireplace. The location is perfect for great excursions. This week was very relaxing for us. Next time, we will come with our climbing equipment!

In September 2020, we spent a week on vacation in Ulbersdorf with the May family and remember the beautiful days with fondness, especially during these times. The holiday apartment is cozy and individually furnished, making you feel at home quickly and providing everything you need for daily life. The highlight is, of course, the fireplace which makes the evenings very cozy. The location of the house is simply wonderful! "Country idyll" is the best way to describe this accommodation. Peace is the guarantee for relaxation. Stepping out of the house, you have a beautiful view into the distance and can immediately start hiking, as the road ends at the property and transitions directly into hiking trails. Those who love walking in nature will fully enjoy it here! On the other hand, the spacious property, some of which is available for exclusive use/ including garden furniture and various play equipment/ trampoline, offers. Plenty of opportunities to take it easy and relaxed as well. The greeting from the landlord was friendly and uncomplicated, making us feel comfortable right away! We could turn to him with questions at any time, and he also gave us valuable tips for worthwhile destinations in town. Thanks again at this point! Conclusion: Absolutely recommendable!
