Are you looking for a nice place to stay for your vacation? Or would you like to enjoy a relaxing weekend at our Belgian coast? Or go to Plopsaland with the children without getting stuck in traffic? Then you have come to the right place. Our holiday home Duinendaele 213 is located in the holiday resort Duinendaele in Adinkerke/De Panne. There is a lot to experience here. The sea and the beach of De Panne are 3 km away from the holiday resort. For children, you will find the Plopsaland amusement park just around the corner (500 m away). In addition, there are beautiful hiking and cycling trails nearby. Here you can walk for hours undisturbed through the nature reserves of the “De Westhoek” nature reserve. For cyclists, there is a large network of signposted cycling routes along the coast and through the Westhoek. For the shopping enthusiasts among us, there are of course the shopping streets of De Panne (open 7 days a week) and the nearby coastal towns (Nieuwpoort, Ostend, Knokke). You will also find cities such as Bruges, Ypres, Veurne, and Diksmuide as well as the French Opal Coast (Calais, Bray-Dunes, Boulogne, . . . ) in the immediate vicinity. There are also numerous leisure activities on the premises themselves, such as a heated outdoor pool (seasonal), tennis courts, a playground, and a football field. Of course, you can also simply do nothing and relax wonderfully on the beach of De Panne or in the south-facing garden of your holiday home. Our 6-person holiday apartment is equipped with every comfort

•3 separate bedrooms (a total of 6 beds). One on the ground floor with a large double bed (1.80m/2.00m) and two rooms on the upper floor: one with a double bed (1.60/2.00m) and one with two single beds (which can also be combined into a queen-size double bed). In every room there are down comforters and pillows
• a fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hobs, an oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartments, a microwave, an integrated dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and of course all kinds of kitchen utensils
• cozy dining area with six seats
• sitting area with new and comfortable sofas and a wood stove. • brand new bathroom (renovated in 2024) with large walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet, and towel radiator
• spacious, south-facing and completely private garden with sun terrace and garden furniture as well as a beautiful, unobstructed view of the fields behind
• next to the house there is a storage room with washing machine, beach chairs, a sun umbrella, outdoor toys, and seat cushions for the garden chairs
• to help you enjoy your leisure time to the fullest, we also provide internet and Wi-Fi, a smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, ... . . ), Google Chromecast, a DVD player (with DVD library) and a radio-CD device are available
• Families with children can use the crib, the high chair and a box full of toys free of charge. • Non-smoking apartment

Location and surroundings of object

Our fisherman’s cottage Duinendaele 213 is located on the holiday domain Duinendaele in De Panne (Adinkerke). Duinendaele is a quiet, low-traffic holiday domain on the edge of the De Westhoek nature reserve and a short distance from Plopsaland.

Facilities on the domain:
Heated outdoor swimming pool: Open during the summer season (from 15/06 to 15/09).
Sports & games: Two playgrounds, 2 tennis courts, pétanque court, and a volleyball field. In and around Duinendaele and De Panne there is plenty to do, from relaxation in nature to family outings and culture. Here are some recommendations:

Nature and Beach
- Nature Reserve De Westhoek: Directly adjacent to Duinendaele, this is the oldest nature reserve on the Flemish coast and ideal for walks, bike rides, and mountain biking through vast dune plains and forests. You reach the beach via walking paths through this area. - Beach of De Panne: A wide sandy beach, perfect for relaxing, building sandcastles, or for water sports such as land yachting.
Westerpunt: A viewpoint where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
- Provincial visitor center Duinpanne: Located in the Calmeynbos, this center serves as an excellent starting point for various walks and offers educational information about the local flora and fauna. Attractions and Entertainment
- Plopsaland De Panne: A popular theme park where children can meet their Studio 100 heroes and enjoy numerous attractions.
- Plopsaqua De Panne: A water park next to Plopsaland with more than 15 water attractions, including spectacular slides such as the Sky Drop and Vic the Viking's play pool.
- Bowling: A bowling alley is available a short distance from the domain for a fun night out. Culture and Surroundings
- Dumontwijk: Stroll through this historic district in De Panne, known for its unique architecture of charming cottage-style villas.
- Paul Delvaux Museum: Located a little further on, this museum is dedicated to the work of the famous Belgian surrealist painter.
- Nearby cities: Visit charming neighboring towns such as Veurne with its historic market square, Koksijde with the Hoge Blekker, or the historic war cities Ypres and Diksmuide or the medieval city of Bruges. - Markets: Visit the weekly market on Saturday morning in De Panne or on Wednesday morning in Veurne for local products and atmosphere.
