dreamy little domicile and an honor for my hobby since 2001 newly discovered. Since that time, I think

Super holiday home

Mrs. Eckardt's cozy holiday home is located very quietly in a beautiful little town in the Saxon Switzerland. Everything you need is there. A fenced garden, a parking space, and nothing is missing in the holiday apartment. If there are any problems, Mrs. Eckardt is immediately there and resolves it quickly. A very lovely landlord! We felt very comfortable with our son and our dog. Everything was also available for the child and the dog. Even toy cars for our child. We can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation for families with dogs.

Perfect for two

We felt very comfortable there. The landlord was very dedicated to fulfilling our requests upon inquiries. Thank you again for that. We lacked nothing. Even provisions were made for the dog in terms of "waste." Idyllic location on the outskirts of the village, super quiet, and the hiking parking lots as well as shopping options all within immediate reach. If we take a vacation there again, we will definitely rent the same accommodation. Thank you very much!

Great vacation!

We stayed with our dog for 4 nights and found the farmer's house to be great. Mrs. Eckhardt is a very friendly and pleasant landlord, the accommodation is very clean and located in a quiet area, equipped with everything you need and ideal for dogs as it is fenced in. We will come back and can fully recommend it. Many thanks to the Eckhardt family.

Pure relaxation

We stayed at the Farmerhäuschen Ottendorf from 21.6.22-24.6.22
From booking, arrival and departure everything was uncomplicated. The landlord Fam Eckhardt is very nice, friendly and helpful.
We and our Eddy (2-year-old French Bully) had great, relaxing days

The accommodation is lovingly planned and equipped down to the smallest detail
TV, W-lan, kitchen, dining area, cosy sitting area, barbecue area and fireplace - everything you need. The terrace invites you to linger, a large parasol provides sufficient shade, accommodation is very clean and well maintained. Shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity, approx. 10-15 min drive by car. In short, we can recommend this accommodation 100% and are already planning our next visit!

We wanted to get to know Saxon Switzerland and the sweet Farmerhäuschen was just the right starting point. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The holiday home had everything you need and was very clean. You could also sit comfortably outside directly in front of the house or relax in the small garden area from the hiking tours and enjoy the evening sun. We can really recommend this accommodation with a clear conscience. Thank you, Eckardt family.

Feel-good included.

We had a great holiday in the farmer's house in Ottendorf. Contact with Mrs. Eckhardt was uncomplicated and very nice. The dogs were warmly welcomed. Food bowls, blankets... were available. Mrs. Eckhardt even provided treats for the four-legged friends. In the apartment, everything from shoe cleaning supplies to shopping bags, hiking guides, maps, and a barbecue is available. The equipment is very good, and everything was very clean. Enclosed garden and terrace offer seating and lounging options in sun and shade.
The location is very good. From the house, you can directly start various hikes (Kirnitschtal, Kuhstall...). Within a 10-minute walk from the apartment, you can reach the former youth hostel Endlerkuppe. Thanks to the internet, you can also learn a lot about its history. Unfortunately, it can only be visited from the outside.
Ottendorf is very quiet. For shopping, you have to go to Sebnitz, which is 5 km away. But here you have everything you need. We can definitely recommend the holiday house. We had no complaints and were very enthusiastic. The price-performance ratio is really great.

Uncomplicated, pleasant, and quiet

For our spontaneous vacation in the Saxon Switzerland, we had a well-equipped, clean, and friendly furnished small apartment available in a quiet location. The laminate floor of the kitchen/living area was perfect for our daughter (2 years) as a race track for cars. In good weather, it was possible to also use the small but nice garden to eat outside, and for our child, there was also a small sandbox with digging toys available. The two bedrooms were connected but separable by doors. Our landlords were very friendly, accommodating, and easy to reach. It is possible to access several hiking trails directly from the apartment. Otherwise, there are many interesting and worthwhile hiking routes and climbing tours that only require short driving distances.
