Situated in the Centre of Pula, is a 5-minute walk from the main square and a supermarket and the beach of Nora can be reached in less than 5 min by car and 10 minutes by bike. Numerous restaurants, pizzerias and various services in the district. The beaches of Chia can be reached in 20 minutes by car or bus 30. Pula is a very lively town with a lot of shops, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs and frequent traditional dances and evening entertainments in the central square Piazza del Popolo. Several open-air ice-cream parlours, pubs and discos are also along the coastal road of Santa Margherita (195 road).
Thanks to the proximity of the sea and the protection of the surrounding hills the town of Pula enjoys a unique microclimate, mild and particularly favourable for golf all year round. The Is Molas golf course, one of the most famous in Italy,with its 27 holes is just a few minutes drive from the apartment.
The archaeological site of Nora is 1 km away. Nearby you can visit the local aquarium,famous for being a rescue point for sea turtles. BluFan water park are only 3 km away-
The historic city of Cagliari is 35 km away with frequent buses leaving from Pula.
