This spacious city apartment of 60 m² is conveniently located next to a small city park. The apartment has a small terrace with appropriate terrace furniture. The living room is modernly furnished and has a separate work corner by the window overlooking the city. The adjoining kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee and tea facilities, cutlery, and cooking utensils. In addition, there is ample glassware available. There is a separate space for a washer-dryer combination and a drying rack with ironing facilities.
The toilet is very spacious and is located in a separate room. The modern bathroom consists of a combination of glass, mirrors, and wooden walls, with a spacious walk-in shower measuring 180 x 80 and a modern sink with ample storage space.
The bedroom is equipped with a high-quality mattress measuring 200x180 and includes two separate duvets measuring 140x200 each.
The entire apartment features high-quality soundproofing and heat-insulating triple glazing, underfloor heating, and a very powerful Wi-Fi connection. Parking is available in our private parking area, just 50 meters away, in a covered and enclosed space. Parking spaces can be reserved upon request: €15 per day, €75 per week, or €150 per month.
Our prices include weekly cleaning, and bed linen and towels are provided by us.

I decorated this apartment together with an architect, I am an artist myself and crazy about modern art and architecture. Professional mime Artist and work together with a group of people who are crazy about acting. I have lived for 25 years in this beautiful part of The Hague, called the old center, which is known for its graceful canals and nice boat terraces, restaurants and cafes. We love The Hague because it is mainly a green city that is located by the sea. We regularly eat out and enjoy visiting exhibitions and are visitors to the beach of The Hague. During the day on the Scheveningen beach and when the evening falls enjoy this old center neighborhood. Beautiful, isn't it?
