Location and surroundings of object

The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area directly on the edge of the forest. You can reach the Merzig Wolfspark by Werner Freund or Montclair Castle through the forest.
Numerous hiking trails, including excellent premium hiking trails, are in the immediate vicinity.
The region offers cycling paths of varying degrees of difficulty. The flat Saar cycle path along the Saar is only 1 km from the holiday home. Besseringen is located in the heart of the Three-Countries-Corner and is an ideal starting point for excursions to Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate, France and Luxembourg.
The district town of Merzig and the neighbouring town of Mettlach with its outlet centre ( Villeroy&Boch, Lands End) are only a few minutes away by car or public transport.

For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
