House Oleander is a newly renovated, spacious holiday home for 6 guests, set in an idyllic location – the perfect choice for a relaxing stay on the island of Krk.
The house is ideal for families with children.
It extends over two floors and offers a large terrace and a balcony with sea view.
The property is surrounded by a lush garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.

The living and dining area share one open space with a dining table and seating for all guests, and direct access to the large terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined electric/gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee maker and dishwasher.
Dishes, cutlery, pots and kitchen towels are provided.

The house includes three bedrooms:
– two bedrooms with sea view, balcony access and private bathrooms,
– one bedroom with a French bed.
In total, there are three bathrooms – one with a bathtub, two with showers.

Super price-performance
The holiday home already convinced us during our search. The pictures and description are not deceptive. Our expectations were met 100%. Super well maintained. 4 air conditioners: one per bedroom + living-dining area. Quiet location at the end of the village. Not a typical tourist place, ideal for island tours and rest seekers. Restaurant and shopping nearby. Beach beautiful with trees and clean. Landlord: totally nice and helpful, a thousand thanks. Thanks also to Mare Tours for the great handling. We will be back again.

Great house
A beautiful house in a very quiet location on the outskirts of town. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Each bedroom and the living room have air conditioning. Very nice and unobtrusive landlords.
Beautiful view. Shopping and beaches can be easily reached by car in about 10-15 minutes. In the town, there is a small supermarket on the main road where you can also get fresh bread and rolls, and a small distance from the house, there is a small Konoba where you can eat good local food.
Our conclusion: We would rent this house again at any time.
