In times of Corona:
Prof. Cleaning of the holiday home with surface disinfection. Crockery is reduced to what is necessary and is intensively cleaned in the dishwasher before each new cover.
Bed linen towels are of course washed at 60 degrees. I wear a mouth guard when explaining of course to the holiday home
Move-in also possible contactless via access to key safe.
The holiday home, designed as a studio, is characterised by an excellent living climate and fulfils all the conditions to spend a few carefree holidays here; optimally furnished with a complete kitchenette, an appropriate dining area, a high-quality double bed and other amenities, such as a 94 flat screen TV with all Sky programmes and Netflix . External blinds ensure that the holiday home is well darkened. Here, well-being is pre-programmed, especially as the furnishings are very well colour-coordinated with other components.
The holiday home is surrounded by a closed fence, so it is also ideal for guests with a dog
and can, of course, be reached at ground level from the street.
A small garden area with a waterfall offer with secluded corners, seating, relaxation loungers and tables as well as an appropriate lawn round off our offer pleasantly.

Location and surroundings of object
Your holiday home is located on the north-eastern edge of the residential town of Celle. The district road ends in the village, the house (the Alvern stream and a park-like area are on the opposite side of the road) can be found in a dead-end street. Hiking and cycling trails begin virtually on the doorstep. After crossing the district road (250 m), all you hear is the rustling of the woods, and you can watch deer, the kingfisher or even, with luck, deer in the wild. But even the city centre of Celle can be reached on foot or by bike after eight kilometres via so-called Grüne-Plan Straße ( approx. 2 m wide, only light vehicle traffic)
There are several places to eat within a short distance, and of course self-sufficiency (there are several supermarkets within a radius of 5 kilometres) can be taken care of quickly. Yes, Celle and its district of Alvern. We used to be an independent community, a long time ago. Now we, about 200 inhabitants, a few dogs and maybe 12 chickens, have been incorporated into Celle. We are proud of our peripheral location, which actually has only advantages. We have peace and quiet, hardly any traffic and yet we are quickly in the city, in the hustle and bustle. We have a castle, a historic old town, of course a night watchman, the oldest theatre in Germany, a stallion testing centre etc
But if you're here for a few days longer, you can also take a quick trip to Bremen, Hanover, Hamburg, Lüneburg or simply to the coast.

Christmas market in the medieval ambience in the city centre of Celle! Great.
Heated swimming pool in the season nearby accessible by bike.

Cozy holiday home for 2 people with a dog.
We spent a few nice days here with the dog. Small but equipped with all comforts and in the middle of nature for walking and cycling trips. For the dog, the fenced garden was super nice.

Calm and restful vacation
Nice reception, very clean accommodation, very nature-connected location. The landlord treated us to delicious tomatoes. We took trips to Celle and had great meals twice.

Small but exquisite
A very good accommodation - also for two people with a dog. Everything necessary for daily use is available. The cleanliness is particularly noteworthy. The small green outdoor area is also nice and well equipped.
Conclusion: Highly recommended!
