Detached semi-detached villa with very nice panoramic sea view in Cavalaire sur mer near Saint Tropez and Saint Maxime, in very quiet evergreen park of 2500 m², central in Cavalaire sur mer, 66 m above sea level. The property is totally fenced and monitored by video cameras.
Private one-way street, no through traffic !!!

The villa is divided into 2 separately usable vacation house halves, the beach, the center and the large harbor are only about 700 m from the house.
The whole area is video monitored according to the latest technologies. We have not had a single case of theft or vandalism. We are constantly expanding our property for the benefit of our guests.

It has about 120 m² of living space and is equipped with a modern, fully equipped American kitchen, two modern bedrooms and a spacious living and dining room in which there is also a sofa bed and a large sofa, which can also be used as a bed. The large terrace is covered and very spacious.
The swimming pool is indoor in a recreation room of about 65 square meters, and has a toilet and a shower. The heated swimming pool has a size of 6.3 x 3.1 m. The swimming pool has beautiful sea view. In front of the swimming pool is a small terrace also with sea view.
Due to the Corona crisis and the resulting supply shortage in France, a smaller swimming pool had to be installed, ideal for children and to cool down in hot temperatures. The pool can be heated, it has LED lighting and thus offers the possibility of swimming almost in every month.
App1 thus offers sleeping for 4 to max 6 people. Ideal for 4 -5 persons.
The modern kitchen is integrated and like the living room has an exit to the garden and terrace. A heated whirlpool is located directly in front of the terrace. There is an outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
The bathroom with shower and the separate toilet are right next to the big and small bedroom.
The whole house has not least by the beautiful tiles the typical flair of Provence, despite the modern equipment.
Both halves of the house have direct access to the south facing garden with ever blooming flowers and the pine tree plantation.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a former park above the center and harbor. Due to the exposed location of the property, it is very quiet and therefore relaxing. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying.
During the pandemic, one could comfortably retreat, stores in Cavalaire deliver ONLINE right to the front door, food and drinks can also be ordered, many restaurants deliver to your home. You are well taken care of and will be well provided for. The shops and restaurants in the town are all within walking distance, as are the beach and the harbor. In summer (from July 1 to August 31), there is a free shuttle bus. The nearest stop is about 150 meters from our house.
Experienced local support. Cavalaire is located on the Côte d'Azur between Saint-Tropez and Le Lavandou on the Mediterranean coast in the Bay of Cavalaire. The Massif des Maures rises in the hinterland. Cavalaire is conveniently located: the international airports of Nice and Marseille can be comfortably reached in about 90 minutes via highways; the entrances to the A8 and A50/A570 highways are not far. The private airport of Saint Tropez is only 12 km away. The small airport of Hyeres-Toulon is only about 50 km away.
The TGV (French high-speed train) goes up to Saint Raphael or Toulon. From there, you can easily take a bus to Cavalaire. Cavalaire offers everything needed for a pleasant, relaxing vacation:
• Affordable and upscale restaurants,
• Nightclubs, casinos, attractive bars, etc.
• Several supermarkets, open every day, including Sunday,
• Specialist doctors who speak English and some German,
• Two veterinarians in town,
• A newly built hospital is only about 10 km away,

The main beach of the seaside resort is a four-kilometer-long pure sand beach in the Bay of Cavalaire, which is bordered by steep cliffs at its end.
A small sand beach at the exit of Cavalaire towards Toulon is sheltered from the wind and offers a great panorama of hills, sea, and the position of the sun.

Great family holiday
At the risk of revealing an insider tip, we spent two wonderfully relaxing weeks in this holiday flat
Starting with the caring information service by the landlord Mr. Kuhn, to the comfortable and clean flat with a magnificent view, to the many recreational possibilities in reachable surroundings (and yet in quiet seclusion) - all in all a great holiday in which EVERY family member - parents and children 6-9-12 - got their money's worth. We will gladly come back and hope that the flat will not be permanently booked out...;-)

La Petite Provence - when a holiday is simply a holiday
We looked at the house before booking and also got to know the owners. Really very nice and quick contact before the start of the trip. The house itself is as described and very clean. We stayed there with friends, children and two dogs and can say for everyone that it was a lovely house and a great time. The dogs had plenty of run, the terrace has natural shade from the trees most of the day. I would recommend this property anytime and book again.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Tolle Lage auf dem Hügel mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Innenstadt in etwa 15 Minuten. Auf dem Rückweg muss natürlich der Berganstieg berücksichtigt werden und ist im Sommer aufgrund der Temperaturen gleich ein gutes Sportprogramm.
free time activities: Im Sommer bieten Cavalaire und seine Umgebung zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Allerdings: Auto notwendig (wie eigentlich überall an der Côte).
shopping facilities: Einkaufen ist kein Problem, alle Geschäfte erreichbar. Dazu der Wochenmarkt in Cavalaire und in den schnell erreichbaren Nachbarstädten.

The little Provence: Relaxing time, romance, and vacation adventure on the French Riviera in Cavalaire-sur-Mer... with wonderful owners.
The holiday home "La petite Provence" met all our expectations. . . even exceeded them. The holiday home immediately became a cozy home for us after our arrival. . . after our extensive excursions, we looked forward to our beautiful terrace with the wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the town. . . the beautiful large garden, the secure gate (electrically opened with a button press! ! ! ). . . even our 2 small dogs felt free and very comfortable here, even loved. Ideal for single female travelers, families with children and/or dogs, young-at-heart seniors, etc. The equipment is great. We didn't miss anything! Everything our hearts desired was fulfilled in no time by the nice, accommodating landlord. The contact with the landlords was warm and completely unobtrusive.
In the village of Cavalaire-sur-Mer, you quickly find your way around and get everything you need. The market, always on Wednesday mornings, is colorful and productive. The town center with its promenade around the marina is wonderful, the ice cream is super delicious. . . and the restaurants invite you to eat and linger with very good service. The idyllic beaches are nearby, very clean, child and dog-friendly. . . inviting for long walks by the sea. Close to St. Tropez and the surrounding area with romantic villages and many markets, vineyards, olive groves, orchards, and lavender fields, spectacular mountain ranges have thrilled us very much. We will definitely come back soon... and don't need to think about where we want to stay... of course at "La petite Provence"...!!!

The Little Provence
Sensational. Finding a house on the Côte d'Azur that meets all expectations. It is worth its price. Everything from the kitchen equipment to the cushions on the loungers is available. If you have any questions, Mrs. or Mr. Kuhn will kindly and unobtrusively help, provide tips for excursions if necessary, or help with any problems that may arise. The surrounding area is wonderful as well. It is quiet, and for those seeking excitement, Cavalaire is within walking distance without the hassle of finding parking. Priceless in the summer! We are true fans and will definitely return.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Zauberhaft! Morgens Strandwanderung mit Einkehrschwung, mittags lunch auf der tollen Terrasse , relaxen und lesen auf den Liegen, abends Absacker im Städtchen, am liebsten in der Brasserie.
free time activities: Bergwandern, Badeurlaub und Kultur- es ist alles möglich!
Da wir begeisterte Kunstliebhaber sind, lieben wir die Museen in Antibes und Nizza (Reiseführer!).
shopping facilities: Als Selbstversorger schätzen wir auch die kleinen Läden in Cavalaire. Die Märkte in der Umgebung sind natürlich auch sehr zu empfehlen!
