Relax in our holiday flat "Seemöwe" on a living area of approx. 60m²
A family-friendly, modernly equipped holiday flat awaits you, located directly on the dyke of the seaside, spa and holiday resort of Horumersiel.
The flat has a combined living and dining area with a very well equipped kitchen. The interior is of high quality and modern. The brightly furnished bathroom with large shower was completely renovated and modernised in 2012.
The flat is provided with two bedrooms. One in the lower area of the flat, with a double bed, a loft bed for children, and a cot/baby bed. The second bedroom with a double bed is located in the maisonette in the attic studio, which was also renovated in 2012.
The holiday flat is furnished for 6 people. We are also happy to welcome small pets by arrangement.
The "Seemöwe" has internet access via W-LAN, a TV with satellite TV and a stereo system with integrated DVD player.
In the relaxed evening hours you can enjoy the sunset while barbecuing on the terrace of the house. All the furniture and barbecue accessories are available in the garden shed.
Our little guests are also well catered for. There is a sandbox, a slide and a large playground ready for you, so that nothing stands in the way of your holiday relaxation.

Lazing on the beach in summer and lying in the beach chair (included in the price in summer), playing with the children on the lawn of the house, enjoying the wind and weather indoors and outdoors in autumn and finding inner peace, indulging in the culinary delights of the local restaurants in winter and using the quiet days for reflection, or spending time with the family in Jever in spring at the traditional Easter egg hunt in the castle park - at any time of year, our flat is an ideal base for a holiday with your own family, friends or several generations.

Super Urlaub
Now we have been to the North Sea for the 3rd time, but this vacation was the best. Of course, the weather played a role, but this accommodation topped everything. It was simply fantastic, everything was there and close by.

It was freezing cold outside but beautiful!
Rarely have we seen such a beautiful and well-maintained holiday home. Unfortunately, a maximum of 100% can be awarded, but for the service, especially from the house manager, we would like to give 200%. Unfortunately, we had icy east winds, but inside the house, it was warm and very quiet! Definitely recommended for a relaxing holiday!!!
