Beautiful days in Oberwiesenthal

We were guests in a very beautiful and well-maintained holiday home. We lacked nothing and were very satisfied and can only strongly recommend this house to others. All round great

The holiday home is fully equipped and modernly furnished. It is situated in a quiet location at the end of the street and yet the centre is within walking distance. The view and surroundings are worth seeing. The Stüwe family gave us a warm welcome and was always available to answer any questions. There is a lot to experience in Oberwiesenthal in summer as well. Besides hiking on the super signposted routes, mines and the Fichtelberg cable car, one of our highlights was the ride from the Fichtelberg on the monster scooters. In the evening, we could enjoy the beautiful view and tranquillity on the south terrace. A big thank you again for the lovely days in the green holiday home.

Very beautiful family vacation

Guestbook entry from us: "For the third time in a row, we find ourselves in the picturesque Erzgebirge in the summer. However, this is the first time we are in Oberwiesenthal- in the 'Grünen Haus'. And with the decision to rent from you at short notice for 2 weeks, we did everything right. The house is great, it has everything that seems important to us: plenty of space, clean, well-maintained equipment, a separate children's bedroom including a baby bed. For the welcome, we were greeted with a breathtaking panorama of the Keilberg- what a beautiful view right from the living room. Although the weather sometimes let us down a bit, we did a lot on the rain-free days: the Fichtelbergbahn was a real highlight for our daughter Natalie, as was the cable car ride to the Fichtelberg. Our bike rides took us all the way to Königswalde and the Czech Republic- mind you, without an e-bike and with a child trailer instead. It simply gave us a lot of pleasure to be here in this idyllic place. Even if not next year, we can still imagine being your guest again one day. We gladly recommend you to others."

Absolutely recommendable!

We needed another vacation before summer and spontaneously decided on this house.
The Stüwe family responded very quickly to our inquiry and was always available during our vacation. The contact was very warm, friendly and tailored to our needs.
The kitchen is equipped with the most common utensils, as well as with kitchen towels, washcloths, and kitchen rolls, etc.
The living and dining area is open and offers an incredibly beautiful and soothing view of the outdoors. When the sun is shining, this area is flooded with light.
The beds and covers are clean, fresh and cozy. Our needs as a family with 2 small children were fully met.
The house is located at the end of a street, which makes it very quiet there.
There is a sled, which we used gladly because we were lucky enough to have enough snow at the beginning of March. There are also two high chairs available.
Culturally, Oberwiesenthal also offers a lot, and during our vacation week, there was also the Junior World Championships, which made it a special vacation as well.
We would love to come back and can absolutely recommend this accommodation!

Great holiday home!!!

We were able to spend wonderful holidays in a great holiday home. We were completely satisfied and lacked nothing. The house is optimally located, with beautiful views, absolute peace, and yet everything important just a stone's throw away.

Great house in a quiet location

The house is located at the end of the street in a cul-de-sac. No one disturbs the peace, as it is above the street and has no direct neighbor clinging to it. It's just great in the snow-covered Ore Mountains, watching the birds from the breakfast table. The children get fresh bread from the bakery 5 minutes away. Pure relaxation! For skiing, there is a separate room and a sled is also available. Everything that is needed is there: coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and snow shovel. Parking spaces are also available.
The house is modern and brightly furnished and has underfloor heating on the ground floor. The beds are great, they are firm but not hard.
After it has snowed, you can almost ski down to the ski slope.
Many thanks to the Stüwe family, everything always worked out great.
Mrs. Stüwe is the good fairy of the house and extremely relaxed.

Super house

The house is in a top location (end of a cul-de-sac) with a great view. It is modern and equipped with everything you need. Very relaxing holiday home in a quiet location

Very beautiful holiday house in a dream location at the foot of the Fichtelberg. Arrived with two children aged 3 and 13. Were immediately speechless by the great panoramic view from the terrace. Were greeted very warmly and felt very comfortable the whole time. Great leisure activities were available nearby, such as the summer toboggan run or the cable car straight up to the Fichtelberg. It is very quiet yet central, allowing quick walking access to the center of Oberwiesenthal.

Relaxing vacation in Oberwiesenthal.

Deductions are given for the equipment:
- the stacking chairs on the terrace - this can be improved
- the extremely hard mattresses - concrete is softer

Service:
- could be a bit cleaner in the corners

But overall, a very nice and dedicated care with good service in a beautiful location and modern equipment!

Great holiday home - highly recommended

Very clean and well-equipped holiday home, spacious and modernly furnished.
Beautiful view, quiet surroundings, and a very good location.
Very friendly and accommodating landlords.
Grill area with fire pit is available and was used extensively.
We stayed in the house with five people, 2 adults and 3 children (baby, toddler, school-aged).
We gladly recommend the house and will definitely come back.

Tolles Ferienhaus

We stayed at the "Green Cottage" for a week at the end of January 2015 (3 adults, 1 child aged 6). We had a lot of snow and could ski very well (ski lifts within easy reach in a 10-minute walk). The house is modern and very well maintained. It is located in complete tranquility at the end of a cul-de-sac. The landlords are extremely warm, very sympathetic and extremely helpful. Everything worked out wonderfully. If you are looking for a really nice holiday home, you are definitely in the right place.
