The flat on the upper floor of Haus Drei am Zemminsee has 75 square metres of living space and has a 33 square metre combined bedroom/living/dining room with a direct view of the lake, a 20 square metre bedroom or children's room, a fully equipped kitchen with a serving hatch to the dining area and a bathroom with shower. The panoramic glazing on the lake side and the wide shore area allow an attractive view of the landscape and the lake in any weather all year round.
The flat is comfortably furnished with:

The holiday flat is an allergy-friendly non-smoking flat. Pets are therefore not allowed.
Relax on the large terrace, the well-tended play and sunbathing lawn and make use of the natural bathing facilities. The flat is an ideal starting point for boating, fishing, hiking and cycling. Many leisure activities and sights are also available in the surrounding area, motorboat hire and driving, horse riding from riding stables, Germanensiedlung, Tropical Islands, thermal baths, trolley tracks, museum village Baruther Glashütte, book and bunker town Wünsdorf. Location and surroundings of object
Schwerin is almost surrounded by lakes. The lakes are part of a chain of lakes that begins with Lake Teupitz and continues via Lake Zemminsee to Lake Dahme in the direction of Berlin. The property borders directly on the Zemminsee.
Schwerin is a small, beautiful village in the middle of the Brandenburg lake and forest landscape, south of Königs Wusterhausen, between the city of Berlin and the Spreewald. Teupitz and Groß Köris are immediate neighbours. Schwerin lies on the edge of the 590 km² Dahme-Heideseen Nature Park and is only an hour's drive from Berlin city centre and Potsdam.

If you cancel up to 21 days before the start of the rental period, the deposit paid up to that point will be treated as a cancellation fee and offset. In the event of later cancellation or non-utilization, payments can only be refunded to the extent that the affected apartment could be rented out to someone else during the intended period. Das Haus Drei am Zemminsee will make customary efforts to re-rent unutilized apartments whenever possible.
