A successful vacation

A beautiful holiday home welcomed us in sunny Croatia.
Both terraces are cozy and invite relaxation. The perfectly equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Even a starter supply of chilled drinks was ready for us.
The grilling area is functional, and the outdoor space is densely overgrown, providing plenty of shade. We even got to try a few figs. The house is very well equipped—everything is really there, from mosquito spray to baby diapers, laundry detergent, a vast library, spices, fluffy bathroom towels, and mosquito nets over the bed (to name just a few examples).
The landlords were very nice and always reachable by phone. A caring soul on-site was available to us with very good German. We can recommend this holiday home for everyone who wants to enjoy the peace and atmosphere of Croatia.

Great holiday home for individuals

Very spacious holiday home with everything one needs and a large garden. The price is also completely reasonable. We enjoyed it and can only recommend it.

Simply recommended!

I have been on vacation in this accommodation several times now and would do it again at any time! A very nicely furnished accommodation with two bedrooms, one of which has a view of the sea, a nice big bathroom, a cozy living area, and a well-equipped kitchen! The landlady is a very dear and nice woman, whom you can always approach if there should be something or if you need advice on what to do in the area, or whatever!
The beach in Pinezići is a few minutes away by car, and it takes about half an hour to walk. It is ideal for families, as there is a kind of adventure park on the water, for example, with a climbing iceberg or you can ride a car pedal boat. There is also a nice restaurant on the beach, and everyone will find something there, whether it's for a small or big hunger!
In Skripcici itself, there are several small shops and a restaurant next to the church, which can all be reached on foot in a few minutes. Among other things, you can easily and quickly get to Krk and Rijeka.

Sehr schöne Lage

Many thanks to the hostess, we have experienced two wonderful weeks in a perfectly furnished house. Highly recommended for families. The kitchen has everything, very good bathroom, rooms, and surroundings. A vehicle is needed.

beautiful oasis of peace on the island of Krk

We (family with 2 children aged 12 and 16) felt very comfortable in the idyllically located cottage with a dreamy garden. The nice and quiet village has a grocery store nearby and is close enough to the sea that you can easily cycle there. We found this nearby beach to be the most beautiful on Krk, and even though the children were not interested in excursions, they could ride their bikes to the beach independently and were happy and content! The house was so cozy and lovingly furnished, with everything you need, and more, that you just enjoyed staying "at home." For all of us, it was exactly the right decision and a wonderful experience to have stayed there. Many thanks to Mrs. Hecht for the time we could spend there.

A holiday according to our wishes, great beach, superb facilities of the apartment, and maybe see you soon?

We spent two great holiday weeks here in June/July with six (children aged 16, 14, 5, and 1.5 years). Even though the Adriatic Sea is beautiful everywhere (we already have six experiences), we discovered the most beautiful beach so far. It offers everything one could imagine (restaurant, ice cream sales, toilets, shaded areas due to tree growth...). The house and its furnishings are also ideal for larger families, as there are always enough places to retreat, interesting reading material for both young and old is available, well-preserved children's toys... Another plus point is the washing machine, which can be used here free of charge. WiFi included, we didn't need the TV that was there. For any questions, the very nice landlord is always available, but you only see her if you seek her out, as she doesn't want to disturb your privacy.
Furthermore, we fell in love with the city of Krk, which, in addition to beautiful architecture in the city center, offers great restaurants and ice cream cafes. It is about 8km away, with plenty of parking available and relatively low fees.

Erholung

We were there at the end of the season and had a great time. The holiday apartment itself is spacious and lovingly furnished, the house is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. The garden is extensive with sunny and shady spots, a barbecue area, and covered parking spaces. A small village store is quickly reachable on foot. The landlady is a lovely lady who is very helpful with any questions or in providing insider tips. We will recommend this holiday apartment without hesitation. Pure relaxation, great beach with a cozy beach bar nearby. Simply perfect :)

This summer, we spent 2 weeks as guests at this lovingly furnished accommodation. We lacked nothing, with a warm welcome from the owner and beautiful days on the beach in Pinezići.

Good restaurants are not far away, and you can easily walk there. Krk itself is great during the daytime and evenings, just a few minutes away by car.

The proximity to Valbiska is also very practical. From there, you can travel to Cres, Mali Lošinj, or Rab. It is also beautiful to simply watch the arrival of a car ferry in the evening.

The house and garden are clean and well-maintained, the owner is there if you need anything and is happy to help with tips or recommendations to make your vacation even better. She is in no way intrusive (thanks for many little supports and recommendations).

The garden with the brick barbecue is also great for children as there is something to admire and discover in every corner. The bottom line is: We will gladly come back in 2017 and spend more lovely days with the feeling of being "welcome with friends."

Great traditional house with a very nice landlady

I was there in August 2015. It is a very nice, old stone house with a spacious living area. The property is extensive, and the built-in grill can be used well. The house is located quietly on the edge of Skrpcici. Within walking distance, there is a small store. The nearest beach in Pinezici (3 minutes by car) is very beautiful and offers plenty of shade, a water trampoline, and a snack bar, making it ideal for families. The town of Krk is quite close, and we have done many trips from there. The landlady is a nice, old lady who is very hospitable and loves her house. Last but not least: very good WiFi is freely available.

Sehr liebevoll ausgestattes und schönes Haus

We have been there several times in recent years. The house is very spacious and bright. It is lovingly furnished. We have used the old stone grill many times. There is a lot of greenery around the house, which is much nicer than in the typical "bedroom blocks" on Krk. It is very quietly located on the edge of the small village. The landlady is nice and has equipped the house wonderfully. The house as a whole has a very lovely style and is very practical with its two bedrooms and two terraces. The nearest beach in Pinezici was our favorite among all the beaches in the area because it is divided into two beautiful swimming coves... and it was always nice to be at the beach with our daughter (also the fish and chips at the snack bar). There is a restaurant in the village, but we mostly drove around in the evenings to see what else is available (highly recommended: the pizza in Valbiska and the quaint island restaurant Trimaroni in Policja). There has been a well-functioning WiFi for a year now, which our daughter was very happy about. We will definitely come back...

Super cozy holiday home with a nearby beach and very nice landlady.

The house is great, not far from a beautiful beach (with parking) and a very nice little bar. There are also activities for children. (There is also a toilet and a shower there.)

The house itself is quietly situated and has a very cozy atmosphere inside and outside. We immediately felt at home because the decor simply exudes this coziness and is not as cold and minimalist as usual. The barbecue area is fully equipped and you can enjoy a beautiful evening to end the day properly. In the large garden, there is much to discover and also a quiet shady spot.

The landlady is unobtrusive but there when you need her and you can also have a cozy chat. If you don't want that, the necessary distance is of course provided.

You can reach the ferry to Cres or Rab in 3 minutes by car. The city of Krk is about 20 minutes away. 15 minutes drive
Going out to eat is no problem nearby, even on foot.

We have been there several times and will come back again.

Very lovely, romantic house with a dear hostess. Wonderful surroundings.

Very nice and cozy house, located in a quiet area, but close to the beach. In a wonderful landscape, we were able to relax wonderfully. Larger towns are easily accessible. Ideal conditions for a family with children. The landlady is very kind and always available when needed, but she also values her privacy. Our next holiday with her is already planned.
