Description
In a very private and romantic atmosphere you live in an area of approximately 1000 square meters, surrounded by lemon, orange and Olivennenhainen.
The fully restored 2012 house has 70 sqm. The air-conditioned bedroom has a brick, queen bed, a spacious wardrobe and a dressing table. The guest room is located at the entrance and is equipped with a very beautiful day bed. To take off the living room with sofa bed and lounge area is very bright and inviting. A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher and ceiling fan makes the perfect kitchen. The sink unit with sea views can be shared cooking a pleasure. A small bathroom with marble sink, shower, toilet, washing machine. Two terraces with a total of 80 sqm with open sea views. Here you can let your mind wander.
Outdoor shower, mosquito nets on all windows and balcony doors. Parking lot.
Our house is decorated simply, with no superfluous bells and whistles, but stylishly furnished with great attention to detail in the white line.

Location and surroundings of object
Crete, the island of love - has just preserved in the south of its original character. Experience on the way to Fischerdof Kastri the fantastic mountain world of Crete and the incomparable views over the Libyan Sea. There is no mass tourism. Hidden romantic bays with Caribbean - clear water, just a few minutes. In Katri, there are some original taverns, where you typically Cretan, can still eat well and cheap. The taverns are located next to the sea. Relaxation. For everyday needs there are three small mini markets. More shops, doctors, pharmacies, banks and supermarkets are in the towns of Ano Viano (7 miles), Arkalohori (15 km) and Ierapetra (30 km).
Kastri is only about 50 minutes drive from Heraklion. But beware: Many roads lead to Rome and back plates (and even navigation systems) may not always be trusted. Even if you have found the beautiful new highway, it is important to drive very carefully, because the road is interrupted twice quite unexpected!
Sooner or later you always come on - do not get stressed.

A single relaxing dream
We were looking for a quiet cottage in a remote location, preferably directly by the sea or with a pool/sea view and in the vicinity of a small original village. We found the Little Villa Anastasia, which even exceeded our high expectations! The entire complex is beautifully situated in a garden with many different seating and lying options, occasionally 1-2 cats and a fantastic view of the sea and from the roof terrace of the entire surroundings, which changes its colors depending on the light. We also filled the pool and therefore had no desire to leave the magnificent property despite the heat. Our excursion plans were simply thrown overboard and only reactivated thanks to the occasional construction work on the (sufficiently distant) neighboring house. The villa was also lovingly furnished inside, even with a small "library," and leaves nothing to be desired. We felt warmly welcomed. Everything is incredibly clean, well maintained, and works perfectly! And then there's Kastri (we unfortunately didn't try the winding, steep walk due to the heat): as Kreta newcomers, we absolutely didn't expect such an authentic, relaxed place with - also for veggies - fantastic, very reasonably priced taverns and cafes right by the sea on the otherwise quite touristy island. In addition, there are 2 small supermarkets, 1 bakery, 1 fish shop, 1 nice souvenir shop - that's essentially all. We were completely thrilled! Most other tourists spoke German. And there are narrow beaches everywhere. But for swimming, we preferred to go to the western outskirts to the sandy beach behind the church or Listis Beach (possibly with bathing shoes). The water is wonderfully clear. There may be more spectacular destinations on the island at other spots, but we found everything else around Villa Anastasia to be absolutely perfect!!

We would have stayed too!
If you want peace and quiet in an undisturbed environment, this little house is exactly right for you. A place with soul. A house where you feel comfortable. Clean, well-equipped, bright colors, light wood, great view, two terraces, air conditioning... we didn't miss anything! The bed is a bit small for two people who aren't so slim for more than a weekend, unless you're freshly in love, but there's also a day bed in the hallway to escape to. It wouldn't be fair to get lost in details that you might personally do differently. What counts is the overall impression and it is wonderful. Here, people have created a place of relaxation and recreation with love and soul - you can feel it and that's how you spend your time. The view into the distance - over the coastline and the sea - is spectacular, you can't get enough of it, you want to stay and hope to come back one day at least. The contact with the landlords was easy and trusting. Matters were taken care of promptly and they were very interested in making sure their tenants had a good and relaxing time. Thanks again, we had wonderful days!

Enchanting.
I have been a guest in this beautiful little house several times now. That actually says it all. It is beautiful and lovingly furnished. Of course, it is also the people in the village who make this place what it is. We will definitely come back!!!!

Not too much promised
If you just want to feel good, this is the place for you. We rarely got into holiday mode so quickly. Very well equipped and maintained. Nice landlords. In the small village there are nice restaurants and shopping facilities. If you want action, you'd better look for something in the north of Crete.

a dream
If you are fed up with mass tourism, can keep yourself busy and simply like peace and quiet, this is the place for you! We enjoyed every day! Whereby quiet does not mean silence, the cicadas gave a daily concert. However, that simply belongs in this landscape. From almost everywhere on the property you have a view of the wonderful blue sea. You just choose which mood you are in and choose the appropriate terrace. Everything is clean and well maintained, even as an allergy sufferer I had no problems
If you do want to socialise, you can go down to the village. In Kastri, for example, there is the taverna Kriti, which we can particularly recommend. Jorgos and his family run the taverna with love for their guests. You can feel real hospitality here. You can hear the sound of the sea along with the really delicious food. Jorgos also speaks very good German.
The contact with the landlords is perfect and very friendly. We have fulfilled a dream with this holiday and can only recommend a stay here. If it should be possible for us, we would like to come again to this little paradise.

So here we are stranded - in Kastri, Viannos, Heraklion, Crete, Greece How did it happen? We had always dreamed of a place by the sea. In April 2011, after many journeys around the world, we decided together..: Dreaming is nice, finally looking for a house is better - but where? It had to be an island, a warm climate all year round and a perfect sea anyway. We found all that in Kastri!
