Description
Enjoy the wonderful panoramic view from the balconies of our holiday flats onto the nature reserve "Saaraltarm Schwemlingen"
Our Lorraine farmhouse offers 3 holiday flats with a total of 11 beds and is located near Merzig ("the city of wolves") in the border triangle of Germany-France-Luxembourg.
The holiday flats are bright, friendly and comfortably furnished and will be renovated in spring 2021.
A cot and high chair can be provided, and there are parking spaces for cars and a garage for bicycles and motorbikes. Various games and books are available to our guests, as well as a selection of maps and information material about our region. Wifi free of charge.
Smokers have the possibility to smoke on the balcony or in front of the house, as all holiday flats are non-smoking flats
Ironing board and iron can be borrowed.
Use of the washing machine for a fee.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located directly at the nature reserve Saaraltarm Schwemlingen and is an ideal starting point for cycling, hiking and motorbike tours.
Shops, restaurants, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctors and savings bank are within easy walking distance (approx. 5 min.) The village of Schwemlingen is a district of the district town of Merzig (the town of the wolves)
The central and convenient location allows you to quickly reach the numerous sights of our region as well as quick ways to France, Luxembourg or the oldest city in Germany: Trier.
If you like cycling or hiking, you will get your money's worth in our surroundings. There are many beautiful cycle paths and great hiking trails in our area, several are even premium hiking trails. The Saarschleife is only 10 minutes away by bike. There are also good MTB routes.
Anglers can fish on the Saar or at one of the nearby ponds. The Besseringen-Schwemlingen gravel pond area is within easy walking distance.
Schwemlingen is also a good starting point for beautiful motorbike tours.

The relevant date is the day on which the statement is received by the landlord. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

For feeling good
The holiday apartment is lovingly and comfortably furnished. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. From the terrace, there is a beautiful view.

Great accommodation, there are no wishes left unfulfilled!
A lovingly furnished holiday apartment where we felt very comfortable.
The landlords are very friendly and always helpful.
The apartment leaves nothing to be desired; we found everything very clean and missed no "things."
A large terrace belongs to the apartment, where you can enjoy sun and shade as you please.
The location of the apartment is, in my opinion, perfect as a direct starting point for extensive hiking and/or cycling tours. We felt very comfortable, many thanks to the Klein family.

Great holiday flat
Top equipped holiday flat with a great view. The hostess, Mrs Klein, is very friendly and takes care of everything. The entrance to the house is also very lovingly decorated. It is a pity that we never had the time to make ourselves comfortable there with a glass of wine. Great location for many excursions in the area. We will definitely be back.

the Saarland is worth a visit

Great vacation.
A perfect vacation apartment, beautifully and lovingly furnished, super clean, with a great view of the Saar Valley from the balcony.
