The charming, light-filled 3-room apartment complex and lovingly restored - is situated on a small promontory facing the crystal clear sea of Ostuni. The property is located on the first floor of a former ancient Masseria, one of the extremely rare, which can be found directly on the sea.
Of the two, generously designed balconies and from the panoramic roof terrace - all around - a unique and unobstructed sea views!
If only her name - Casa Mare Sole - brings its advantages clearly to the point: It is surrounded by the sea and sun, sun and sea. Thanks to its south-east orientation it shines very early in the morning light. It is glorious to have breakfast here, to linger in the sun, or in the evening, maybe with candlelight and a glass of wine, sensual listening to the ocean waves.
After an oriental-style entrance with white lattice door you commit the apartment. (A child is above the stairs attached). One detail that is a lot of value: you have all 3 rooms and from the kitchen direct access to the balconies of the apartment. Patio furniture are naturally present!

Newly expanded is the magnificent 50 square meter roof terrace, from which one sees, among other things also on the harbor entrance. It is elegantly paved with local stone. In the middle of the terrace you hue to a large, hand-painted ceramics showing fish in the sea under a fishing net. The white, elongated benches of white masonry load for lounging with a sea view. An "L" -shaped crystal front offers the guest a suitable protection for windy days. On top you will find another mini-room with a brick as in the kitchen buffet, where you can prepare or put anything.
The property is with air conditioning (hot / cold), which can be used in the winter months as heating.

Sea and sun
The flat is very tastefully furnished and well equipped. The detached house is located directly by the sea. The rooms of the flat and especially the large roof terrace offer a fantastic view. Feel good !!!

Enjoying proximity to the sea
The flat has a very exposed location. Due to the immediate proximity to the sea and the direct view of the beautiful, natural coastal panorama, I enjoyed this picture to the fullest every morning. If any flat deserves the title "with sea view", it is this one. The roof terrace completes this unique view of the hinterland with the white town of Ostuni in the background. For me, the stay in the flat was a wonderful time. I will gladly come here again any time, to enjoy this immediate proximity to the sea and the entire typical southern Italian landscape. The flat itself is well equipped with everything necessary, it can be cooled on hot days and warmed on cold days. Because the landlord himself is very often on site, he attaches great importance to cleanliness and quality. So I felt very comfortable in the flat even when the weather was not so good.
