You can expect a comfortably furnished holiday apartment with every comfort. The apartment is centrally located in a quiet area; it is only a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Juist and to the town center. The 41 square meter two-room apartment is on the 1st floor of a modern residential building.
The apartment has a feel-good bathroom with underfloor heating, heated towel rails, and shower/WC. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob, and built-in microwave. The rooms are high-quality tiled and carpeted. For your entertainment, you have a radio, DVD player, and two LCD televisions to choose from, in the bedroom and in the living room. The apartment has satellite TV.
Please understand that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
The comfortable sofa can be converted into a double bed if needed. Ideally suited for families traveling with children. The apartment includes a high chair and a cot.
The house has a large garden, which is available for you to sunbathe and relax. In the communal areas, a washing machine and dryer are available for a small fee if needed. You can park your bicycles in front of the house.
On your arrival, the beds are freshly made and the apartment is in impeccable condition, ready for relaxing days on the island. The caretakers of our house are available to you at any time during your stay. The house and garden are maintained by a caretaker, who can assist you if needed.

From the holiday apartment at Rosengang 3, you are just a few minutes' walk from the miles-long sandy beach. A bakery for breakfast rolls is directly opposite the residence; supermarkets and various other shops are within a few hundred meters. The harbor is also only about a 10-minute walk away.
