The cozy attic apartment is located in a residential building right in the center of Ansbach. An ideal location to explore the city center and Ansbach’s sights on foot. In the friendly 57 sqm apartment, you can relax comfortably in the open-plan living room in the hanging chair. Another queen-size bed is located on the gallery, from which you can look down into the open living room below. The homely kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils. In the spacious bathroom, there is a rain shower as well as a washing machine, particularly practical for longer stays.
In addition to a small photovoltaic system for electricity generation, we also heat the water for the other two apartments with solar thermal energy. There is the possibility to store and charge e-bikes.

The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone. On arrival and departure, you can drive up to the house at any time for loading and unloading. A parking permit for free parking is available in the apartment. The parking lot can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The train station can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The Brücken-Center bus stop, approx. 350m away. For cyclists, we offer storage for bicycles.
