The house is modern, featuring a new open-plan kitchen, a wonderfully spacious, elongated living and dining area with numerous sea-view windows, and, as a cozy finishing touch, sturdy beams adorn the living space. A wood-burning stove is located between the front windows facing the sea. The house boasts several sheltered terraces and an enclosed garden of approximately 3500 square meters with a private gate leading directly to the sea and beach. For a maximum of six adult guests (plus up to two children under 12), there are three double bedrooms, two shower rooms, and two toilets.
