On the second floor, there is a bathroom with toilet, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom. Wi-Fi is included. Air conditioning in both bedrooms on the first floor for cooling on the hottest days.

Acquaseria is located in a beautiful, tranquil area where you'll find many charming towns and villages with authentic restaurants. Local markets and shops are within walking distance, offering the full experience of "La Dolce Vita." Nestled picturesquely between the mountains and Lake Como, Acquaseria offers a wealth of opportunities: it's an ideal area for swimming, hiking, cycling, boating, day trips, and visiting castle gardens.

There is a bus stop right at the complex. From many towns around the lake (Menaggio being the closest), you can take ferries to all the lakeside destinations, including Como and Bellagio. Furthermore, Menaggio is one of the three points of the "Golden Triangle" formed by Menaggio, Bellagio, and Varenna. Ferries come in various forms, from car ferries to paddle boats. Both from the boat and from the road, you'll enjoy views of the magnificent villas and lush gardens along the shore.

There are several free public parking areas around the apartment complex. Due to limited parking spaces, we recommend reserving a parking space in the underground garage during July and August.
