Villa Nettuno is a detached, ground-floor villa with a 500 m² fenced private garden in the quiet seaside resort of Pantanagianni, just 150 m from one of the longest sandy beaches on the Brindisi coast. It accommodates 4-5 guests with two double bedrooms (one with an additional fold-out bed, one with direct garden access), a shower room, a living room, and a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Outside, two shaded verandas with garden furniture and a dining table, an outdoor shower, and three parking spaces on the property invite you to a relaxing family holiday with your dog. Air conditioning in the hallway cools the entire house.
