The house is located only 160 meters from the sea, in a quiet and idyllic area with a wonderfully quiet sandy beach. At the same time, you are close to Köpingsvik's popular sandy beach, restaurants, activities and wonderful summer vibes. From the house you can enjoy a wonderful sea view and really feel like you are on holiday. The house is very pleasant and offers large, open living areas where family and friends can spend time together. The pleasant living room flows nicely with the dining area and kitchen – a perfect place for long dinners, game nights and cozy moments together. Outside, a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture awaits, perfect for morning coffee or a good dinner in the evening sun. The glazed terrace will be an extra favorite place where you can sit and enjoy long into the summer evening. The house is not rented out for parties or to youth groups. Not allowed to charge electric cars. Bring your own sheets and towels. The pleasant garden offers plenty of space for the whole family. There are, among other things, football goals and a playhouse, which makes the accommodation especially appreciated by children. With the sea and the beach within walking distance, it is easy to fill the days with swimming, playing and relaxing. The large house has two bedrooms. One has a comfortable double bed and the other a bunk bed. There is also a cozy guest cabin with two bunk beds on the plot, which provides plenty of sleeping space and is perfect for families or larger groups who want to vacation together. The house has two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a shower. There is also a washing machine, which makes the accommodation practical and comfortable even for longer stays. Here you will have a holiday where you can wake up with the sea close by, enjoy lazy days on the beach, hang out in the lovely garden and end the day on the glass-enclosed terrace. Welcome.
