The living room includes a fully equipped and very well-equipped kitchen with a portafilter espresso machine, 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, and much more.

Satellite TV, stereo system, and a sofa bed (a second sleeping option, alternative to the sleeping nook) are also provided.

An open doorway separates the small sleeping nook (no separate window) from the living room. Ample ventilation keeps it pleasantly cool even in the height of summer. Large wardrobe.

The covered terrace features comfortable seating and sun loungers, with additional loungers and a parasol by the pool. There is an outdoor kitchen with a gas and charcoal grill. The large garden includes a 1.90 m deep swimming pool, suitable only for swimmers.
