The holiday apartment is located directly on a lake (a DAV-certified body of water). You will be staying in a former brickyard barracks. Commemorative plaques on the building still recall its former owners.

The apartment features a large living room with a direct view of the lake, a comfortable dining area, a corner sofa, a TV, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchenette with a ceramic hob, oven, sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, microwave, etc., and a bedroom facing the lake with a large double bed and a bunk bed. Underfloor heating is provided.
