Welcome to Casa Lotti in Lavena Ponte Tresa – our very own holiday home on Lake Lugano.

Casa Lotti is not an anonymous holiday property, but has been family-owned for three generations. Even as a child, I spent my holidays here. Today, I am happy to be able to share this special place with our guests.

With around 114 m², the house offers plenty of space for up to 5 people. Two separate bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a spacious living and dining area make Casa Lotti ideal for families, couples, and vacations with friends.

A special highlight is the large, fully fenced garden with palm trees, lawns, and plenty of space for playing and relaxing. Dogs are also very welcome. On the terrace you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast in the morning, relax after a swim in the lake, or end your vacation day with a cozy dinner.

Lake Lugano is only a few minutes’ walk away. The nearby bathing area offers a sunbathing lawn, a bathing jetty, and plenty of space for relaxing summer days by the water. Nothing is lacking in the house either: the kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a gas stove, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto machine, and kettle. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a washing machine are also available. You can park your car directly at the house.

The location of Casa Lotti is ideal for discovering the beautiful region around Lake Lugano. Lugano, Varese, Como, Luino, Ascona, and Locarno are easily accessible. Nature and mountain lovers will find numerous beautiful excursion destinations with Monte Lema, Monte Tamaro, and Monte Generoso.

Whether a beach holiday, family vacation, holiday with a dog, or simply a few relaxing days between lake, palm trees, and mountains: Casa Lotti is a place to arrive, unwind, and feel good.

Private bathing area on Lake Lugano
The holiday home complex includes its own bathing area on Lake Lugano, accessible only to residents and holiday guests. There you will find a sunbathing lawn, a private bathing jetty, and a bathing island at your disposal. This way, you can enjoy the lake in complete relaxation—without first having to look for a public beach.

The bathing area is just a few minutes’ walk from Casa Lotti.

I am Carina and Casa Lotti has been with me since my childhood. The house has now been in our family for three generations: first my grandmother, later my father, and today me. Many of my own vacation memories were made right here – in the garden, by the lake, and during days spent together with family. That’s why Casa Lotti is not an ordinary holiday home for me, but a real piece of home. I am pleased to be able to share this special place with our guests today. It is important to me that you feel comfortable from the very beginning and can enjoy your vacation in a completely relaxed manner.
