Welcome to Villa Broby in Brodersby-Goltoft. The spacious holiday home offers around 200 m² of space for up to six guests and is suitable both for a relaxing family holiday and for longer stays.
There are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a French bed. The upstairs living room offers an additional retreat with a beautiful view. Two bathrooms are each equipped with a bathtub, shower, and bidet; there is also a separate guest toilet.
On the ground floor are the dining room and a cozy living room with a fireplace corner. The terrace is located directly adjacent to the living area and can be accessed both from the hallway and from the bedroom on the ground floor. It is furnished with garden furniture and a beach chair. The spacious garden offers plenty of lawn and individual trees and invites you to relax, play, and linger outdoors. Adjacent to it is an approximately 4,500 m² largely natural and mostly dry peat area. With a bit of luck, deer, birds, and other wildlife can be observed there.
The entire living area is equipped with underfloor heating. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, and coffee machine. Dishes, cutlery, and the usual cooking utensils are provided. Three televisions, a guest Wi-Fi access, a wide selection of books, and various puzzles offer entertainment for quiet hours in the house.
In the basement, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a safe are available. Alternatively, laundry can be dried on the rotary clothesline in the garden. Vehicles can be parked in the garage or in your own parking space.
Villa Broby is a non-smoking house. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and for an additional fee. Please let us know before booking which and how many animals will be accompanying you.

Villa Broby is located in Brodersby-Goltoft on the Angeln peninsula, surrounded by the peaceful and varied landscape of the Schlei. The small resort stretches along the Schlei shore and is a good starting point for walks, bike tours, as well as activities on and by the water.
The natural surroundings begin directly at the house. Behind the spacious garden with plenty of lawn and individual trees, there is an approximately 4. 500 m² large, largely natural peat area. This mostly dry area offers numerous animals a protected habitat. Deer, birds, and other wild animals can regularly be observed there; swallows also repeatedly nest at the house and garage.
The Brodersby-Burg bathing spot on the Schlei is about 1.3 kilometers away. The shallow entry into the water makes it especially suitable for families. In the surrounding area, there are also opportunities for paddling, sailing, fishing, and other activities around the Schlei. The Missunde ferry point is an attractive destination for a walk or a bike tour. Before excursions across the Schlei, the current operating status of the ferry should be checked.
For daily needs, there is a MarktTreff with a post office about 600 meters away. Also within easy walking distance is the Kuchenhaus, which offers breakfast and cake. The restaurant Missunder Fährhaus at the Schleifähre can be reached in a few minutes by car or in about 17 minutes on foot – here, too, it is unfortunately necessary to check the current operating status.
The town of Schleswig can be reached by car in around twelve minutes. There you will find, among other things, the old town, the harbor, the cathedral, and Gottorf Castle. The Viking Museum Haithabu and the Danewerk are also located in the area. Other worthwhile excursion destinations are the Schlei villages, Kappeln, Eckernförde, and the Baltic Sea coast.
Brodersby-Goltoft is thus suitable both for quiet vacation days at the house and as a starting point to discover the Schlei region and the north of Schleswig-Holstein.

We are two private hosts from near Hamburg and jointly rent out our holiday home in Brodersby. The house used to be the home of our parents or parents-in-law and is therefore also connected with memories for us. After their death, we decided to preserve the house and make it available to guests for relaxing stays. Even though we do not live on site, we are easily reachable and value reliable information and straightforward communication. Animals are generally welcome. Please briefly check with us before booking which and how many animals will be coming along, so that we can decide on a case-by-case basis.
