You can expect a holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms (4 single beds 0.9*2.0m), a large terrace shaded by an awning, and a barbecue area.
A comfortable double sofa bed (200*80) makes it possible to extend the sleeping capacity to 6 people.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

Enjoy the magnificent view from the terrace to the south over the Danube valley, and, in good visibility, as far as the Alps. Quiet location on the edge of town, no through road

Right outside your door you have the ideal starting point for your hikes or bike tours. (Goldsteig premium hiking trail/long-distance trail E8)
Those who prefer flatter terrain can choose the cycle paths along the Danube, the Regen, or the Isar.
The hiking trails on the nearby Rusel are partially groomed for cross-country skiing in winter.

Downhill skiing is possible at the nearby Gaißkopf or Großer Arber. Bathing fun awaits you at the outdoor wave pool or indoor pool in Hengersberg as well as at the Elypso adventure pool in Deggendorf.
