A lovely holiday home in the best location with a bathrobe distance to Hemmeslövstrand. A spacious house with high quality in both equipment and materials. Within easy reach you have Båstad, the tennis metropolis with lots of experiences. From the entrance you enter a bright hall. Here on the ground floor there is a fully tiled bathroom with shower, an open, well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The living room is spacious and has comfortable seating areas and a lovely wood burning stove. The bedroom has a double bed. There is also a laundry room. From the open kitchen and living room you have access to a large terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Upstairs on the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a single bed, a fully tiled bathroom with shower and a large bright living room with a modern TV. Available TV channels are 1, 2, and 4. Throughout the house there is a comfortable underfloor heating. The nice beach is only 400m away. Put on your bathrobe and take both morning and evening dips. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. You can walk along the sea both to Båstad and to Skummeslövstrand. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and pay a visit to the cold bath house. There are nice cycle paths both to Båstad and to Skummeslövstrand. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken's gardens, a popular destination. To Laholm you only have a short drive. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here, Lagan winds around the city and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. Fishing is also available in the nearby Stensån and in Öresjön. Fishing license required. In winter, you have Vallåsen's ski resort a short drive away. On Hallandsåsen there are also several wonderful hiking trails. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad smith, its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all golf courses.
