4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

This experience was awful. I reserved a king bed non-smoking room. Whe I get to my room, the room wreaks of smoke, there are two double beds with cigarette burns on each bed spread. When I told the front desk moron, he said he could change the bed spreads. I told him that I wanted a king bed with no smoke. He said there were no kings available. I said that I wanted a refund. He said he couldn't refund because I booked online and Expedia must have made a mistake. I showed him my confirmation from Expedia and YOUR company he doubted down and said mistakes happen when you book online. He then tells me that he gave away my room to someone else. He said he tried to call me but I didn't answer. I told him that I didn't receive any calls. He read off a number that didn't even have enough numbers to be a phone number. I said, no, that isn't my number. He once again blamed Expedia. So now I have no room and have to drive home FIVE hours away because there are no rooms available. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I need someone to reach out to me immediately to rectify the situation
